Exposed

Jungkook wasn't sure about why on Earth he agreed to come to the club with Jimin. He wasn't feeling so well, and somehow coming here felt wrong.

He was also surprised about his feelings in this matter. He has always liked to party with his friends, get drunk, and have some fun every once in a while, even in the middle of a school week.

This was his nature, the thing he had been doing multiple times, enjoying it and letting every little thought go behind and living in that moment.

But now, as he's been with you, everything seems different.

He had promised himself to try on this relationship. It is so new to him, and he isn't used to the fact that every decision he makes might affect you.

He knew you wanted him to have fun, and you didn't forbid him to go to a bar.

You once told him that despite them being together, Jungkook didn't have to change. He could be himself because you believed the partying, drunken, and playboy wasn't him.

It was something he wanted to pretend to be. So that he wouldn't have to think who he really was. An orphan without an actual home, his grandmother was paying for his apartment and food.

He hated it. That's why he often offered to help her at the café.

But he's been completely blowing off his friends who returned from their families to have fun before school started again. Jimin has been wanting him to come all week.

''Come on!'' Jimin said and dragged him inside the club, which was already blasting music so loud that it suddenly hurt Jungkook's ears.

People were having fun, already drunken, and ready to throw themselves to anyone who would come their way.

''Ey Jungkookie you made it! I missed you here!'' Taehyung cheered from the corner they usually hang out if they come to this club. ''I thought your new girl wouldn't let you.''

Jungkook sat down. ''She's not in town, and we haven't talked lately.''

Others went quiet and just sipped their drinks. Only Jimin knows Jungkook's past. Though Jungkook trusts them all, he doesn't feel the need to tell him. So he is pretending to be someone he isn't to them.

''Okay, enough of this sad vibe, here take a shot,'' Yoongi offered the cup to Jungkook, and he looked at it for a few seconds before thinking, Screw it.

He took the shot in one go, as it should be, and decided to have fun.

I arrived home earlier than I said to Jungkook. I felt bad for not talking to him the second we got into a fight. I know this situation is ridiculous from both of our sides.

He should be sorry for how he reacted to a completely normal thing. He shouldn't get mad at me for leaving to see my family and not staying with him.

But there is also a little fault in me for just leaving and not staying to figure it out. This went too far, so I decided to come home a day earlier to fix things with him before school started.

In my opinion, we both could forget the whole thing and try to move on as a normal couple.

Is that even possible when it's about us?

I walked from the bus stop to our apartment building and climbed to our level. I opened the door to my apartment and just dropped my back inside before closing the door again and walking to Jungkook's door.

He has no idea I came this early. I didn't even text him about it.

I knocked on the door for a while, but no one came to open the door. It wasn't that early that he'd be still asleep.
