(Seventeen) Mingyu x Male Reader

Bio; Every Sunday you would go to a library, and you would always see the same boy at the same table.

•Author's POV• With one coffee in his hand, and his phone in the other, Y/N was on his way to the library. He would go every Sunday, he doesn't know why but he loves going to that peaceful place, it's very confronting. Y/N gets to the library, grabs a book and sits at his usual spot in the library, which is the very back of the room, there's less people in the back.

He sits down and reads his book, 'Milk and Honey' (which is a good book by the way) while he was reading, he sees a guy sitting two tables away from Y/N. He always carries text books and a laptop, Y/N guesses he's a student trying to study. Y/N always sees him when he's there, he does find him quite attractive. But Y/N doesn't want to bother.

Y/N sips his coffee and reads.

•Time Skip•

Y/N was done reading so he gets up ready to return the book, but he bumps into someone while he was collecting his things. "I'm so sorry" The guy said and rushed off. Y/N saw the guy rush off but he shrugs his shoulders and returns the book and leaves.

Then, the two met again at the cafe, but it didn't go so well, they bumped into each other yet again, and coffee got all over them. "Oh shit, I'm sorry, I wasn't pay attention" The guy said "It's okay, I wasn't either" Y/N said and waved it off.

Another time they interacted, Y/N was walking through the library, trying to find a book to read, he saw a book, 'Pillow Thoughts' (Another good book too) and reached out to grab it, but another hand was also about to grab it making Y/N jump, he looks to the side to see the same guy yet again. "Oh here you got to it first" The guy said with a smile on his face, "It's okay, you can have this one" Y/N said and they kept going back and forth only for Y/N to have the book. They had some many interactions and had some conversations here and there. Y/N found out the guys name is Mingyu, and he is a college student.

It was Sunday, and Y/N was sitting in the library reading again, while he was reading he felt someone standing in front of him, he looks up from his book and sees Mingyu holding two coffees, "Hi Mingyu, I'm guessing you're not studying today?" Y/N guessed as he noticed Mingyu doesn't have any of his books, "Not today, I wanted to ask if you would like to go on a date with me sometime" Mingyu said, he was always straight to the point with Y/N.

Y/N smiles and nod, "Sure, this weekend?" Y/N asked and Mingyu agreed. They go on a few dates and they became a couple, and would go to the library every Sunday.
