Dear Jon,

If your reading this then that must mean I'm no longer with you. For that, I'm deeply and truly sorry. I never wanted to leave you like this. I never wanted to leave you at all.

Do you remember this first time we met? You were dropping your sisters off at school, I was buying drugs from Ramsay. You came and told him to stop and leave me alone. I hated that. I hated that you saved me. I hated that you knew I wasn't okay.

Do you remember our first kiss? It was blissful. All of my thoughts were gone when I kissed you. It was just us in the moment.

Do you remember when you ran out after seeing what Ramsay did to me the first time? I remember Robb coming over and all I could think was about you not here anymore. I couldn't process.

I meant what I said when I told you that you, my love, are the greatest thing to ever happen to me. You gave me something to live for.

I know your blaming yourself right now. But please my dear Jon, don't. It's not your fault. This was bound to happen. It's always been my plan. So I need you to promise me; promise me you won't blame yourself for this.

I knew the moment we found out the possibility of me dying while giving birth to save our daughter. Do not Margaery as well. I told her to not let them bring me back.

I wrote this note when you were sleeping one night. There's more. For Rhaella, on her eighteenth birthday. Her first date. Her wedding day. When she becomes a mother.

I need you to promise me that you will move on and find love again. I know it will be hard, but try.

That you raise our beautiful daughter and teach her all about life. Promise me you will tell her about me, all of me.

And promise me, please promise me, you'll never forget about the love I have for you.
