"Bukas na daw ang portal. Should we go to Asteria?"
IT WAS a laughable situation.
Feyre was treated like a prisoner. May posas silang inilagay sa kamay niya habang naglalakad kami papunta sa Norther Continent portal.
"Do you really need to go that far?" nakangiwi kong tanong kay Astro. Feyre's mouth was also covered.
"She's too loud. At ayokong manalo na naman ang kabaliwan niya dito," itinuro niya si Voldmir na napapalibutan ng forbidden spell. "The damage his pet caused is still under construction."
"Well, we're here." saad ni Chaska.
A white and blue circled appeared in front of us. It's situated above a circle platform, with four thin poles around it. The word 'North' keeps on swaying above the portal. Tumango ako kina Astro at nagpasalamat.
"What are you going to do in the North, anyway?" kunot-noo niyang tanong.
"May bibisitahin lang kaming player na kaparty ni Hex," nakangiti kong sagot.
He hesitated for a bit but eventually nodded and wish our journey well before leaving. Nakahinga ako ng maluwag nang hindi na ito nagtanong pa.
"Hiraeth did not come?" tanong ko.
Hiraeth went missing after our dungeon quest. After Mizuki safely arrived at the shrine, bigla na lang ulit siyang nawala. It's been twelve days and he still haven't appeared. Ang parati niyang pagsunod sa'min ay nawala din.
Si Feyre ang sumagot pero dahil sa may takip ang bibig niya ay hindi namin iyon maintindihan.
"She said she can't feel Hiraeth's presence anywhere," pagtranslate ni Hex.
Nagulat kami kung paano niya nakuha iyon, lalo na't nagbigay si Feyre ng thumbs-up na tama daw ang sinabi nito.
"Is it alright if we go without him?"
Nagkibit siya ng balikat. "I don't know. Is his presence needed?"
"I mean, siya naman ang puno't dulo nito kaya baka..." napaisip ako saglit. "Well, the cousins didn't say a thing and he's not here so we shouldn't worry about it. Our priority for now is to get the ke-"
"Waaaaaah!" sabay kaming napalingon nang marinig ang boses ni Priamos at Minerva.
Nanlaki ang mata ko nang makita ang dalawa na papunta sa direksiyon namin at ang makitang may labing-daang taong hinahabol sila!
"Walanghiyang mga bata 'to!"
"Ibalik niyo ang pagkaing ninakaw niyo!"
"Sandali... si Feyre at Voldmir 'yon! Patayin natin sila!"
"Kill them 'til they reach Level 1!"
Mabilis na gumalaw si Feyre at Voldmir at ngayo'y tumakbo din papunta sa'min. Voldmir can't run fast because of the forbidden spell casted on him and Feyre because of the weaken enchantment in her cuffs. Kaya maiyak-iyak ang dalawa habang tumatakbo patungo sa'min.
"Wait- stop!" sigaw ko.
Tumingin sa'kin ang isa habang namumula ang mukha. "H-Huwag kang maki-s-s-s-sali, Sol! P-p-please! Si Feyre ang kailangan n-namin!"
