A/N-well looks like I didn't update at all... Well here's an update at 2 in the morning...
He was just standing there, hovering over us just smiling. I slowly move my hand back and attempt to grab Jake's arm. "I wouldn't do that if I were you" Christopher said. (I wonder why) I think. "He can't see or hear me" he replied but I notice something... his lips aren't moving. (Wha-) "Only you can see me" he says. (How?) I think. He chuckles under his breath "Because, it's called telepathy and a little bit of magic" he 'says' with the same huge grin on his face. (He would have sensed you by now though!) I practically scream in my head. "Oh, poor Elizabeth. I am far more powerful than Jake will ever be. More powerful than you too and you're pretty powerful actually" he thinks. (What is it that you want Christopher?) I ask him. "Why, isn't it obvious?" He pauses for some kind of answer so I shake my head like an idiot. His face kind of looked disappointed for a second but it was gone just as quick as it came. "I came for you of course! I mean I killed your best friend and sweet mother dearest. and of course your friends mother too so I think that is enough torturous acts now so I have come to collect my bride." he thinks as he bows to me. Remember I am naked. (What the hell makes you think I will ever go with you let ALONE BECOME YOUR FUCKING BRIDE) I "scream" at him. He looked confused for a moment then "I have caused pain and death in your life and I can cause more if I please! I have armies at my stand and servants that will do as I say!! I can cause more pain on you and more horror than anything! I am your worst nightmare Elizabeth and it would be unwise to disobey me!!!" He screams actually moving his mouth this time but his lips were a little delayed with his voice. (I won't go with you) I tell him. (And you have it all wrong) I smile evilly (I'm your worst nightmare and I will kill you.) he laughs hysterically at my comment. "You kill ME! I am the one lurking in the shadows. I am the one children are scared of. I am the one that you will fear. I am destruction. I. Am. Fire. I. Am. Death." He vanished and when he did I became aware of the ringing in my head. (What does he mean by that) I soon lay back down, pulling a blanket over me, and think about everything Christopher just said. (I can't tell Jake because he will worry to much about it.) I turn around in the bed and kiss Jake softly on the forehead. "I'm sorry Jake. I will always love you" I say as I get up and reach for my clothes. I get dressed, look back one more time, then leave a note for Jake.
Dear Jake,
I'm sorry but I have to leave. I can't tell you why because you will worry to much about it. I will have my phone and call or text when I need to. I have to do this alone. Shelby has to be safe. You have to be safe. You won't be able to find me. I know you think you can but I have found ways to make it impossible for you to find me. I'm sorry my love. take care of Shelby for me and tell her I will try to be back. If I don't make it back watch and protect Shelby at all costs. she is my best friend and the closest thing I had to a sister. Goodbye my love. I will see you again, I will try. I'm sorry.
