Eri snuggled deeper into her duvet, but the peaceful and comfortable moment was abruptly put to a stop when she heard her phone rang. She groaned and looked at the name of the caller.
"Jun"
She lazily picked up the call. She thought she was going to start her weekends with slowly opening her eyes with the birds chirping outside. But instead, an annoying ringtone.
"Hello?" She answered groggily.
"Quick Eri, help me pick the outfit!" following her tone, she was panicking and the sound of rummaging through something was heard.
Eri sighed and wanted to snap but it's Jun, she doesn't have the heart for it.
"Go pick the black hoodie with the shoulder exposed and put some black jeans.. Or white if you're not on your period," Eri answered while correcting her position in bed. Now every position was uncomfortable.
"You think that's good for a hang out?"
Eri hummed at the response and clicked her tongue, sitting up "Hang out with who?"
"Hwanwoong." How quick she replied with his name.
"Hwanwoong? Ouh.. It's good, don't worry." Eri hang up the call and saw a quick message from Jun.
"Sorry, and thank you!"
Eri shook her head and sighed. She wanted to continue her sleep but her mind said otherwise. She got out of bed and washed herself up.
She went downstairs and saw her parents in the living room
Her mother leaning comfortably against her father who was reading the newspaper. Eri melted at the sight."Goodmorning!" She chirped happily.
"Morning, sweetie. We were waiting for you!" Her mom stood up and brought her to the dining table, her father followed behind with a smile.
At the dining table, Eri already finished the omelette and was drinking tea. Her father looked at her, wanting to question something.
"Yes?" Eri noticed the gaze.
"Don't you go hang out with Jun today?"
Eri answered with the situation a few moments ago and pouted, looking at the reflection in her tea.
"Ah, what about the boy?"
"Which one?" She looked at her father with an eyebrow raised.
"Don't you have only one? The one that wore my clothes."
Eri grew flustered, was her father actually speaking about Xion? It's been a long time since her father met Keonhee, Xion was the most recent one. Eri knew her father must have accidentally forgotten about Keonhee.
"I- I don't know" she eyed somewhere else and nervously sipped her tea.
"Why don't you go out with him?" Her father smiled.
Eri choked on her tea while her mother was baffled. "Dear! That was unnecessary! I can't imagine my baby going out with a boy.. Alone!"
Her father laughed heartily. "It's only a friendly hang out, what's the matter with that?"
Eri was fifty fifty with the idea, she remembered during the last walk with Keonhee and Xion. The latter wasn't the usual self he is. Eri recalled, he acted a bit like her during the Jun incident but she doubt it, was he actually feeling like her? Enough thinking, this could be a chance to make up to him.
Her mother mumbled some words that none of them could hear it. Eri giggled and put her hand on top of her mother's, looking her mother in the eyes. Her mother sighed "Fine.."
