Chapter 22

-MELODY-

We informed our class adviser about our quest. It turns our na lahat pala kami sa classroom ay may kanya-kanyang quest na gagawin. Our teachers just gave us homeworks na ipapasa kapag tapos na kami sa quest namin.

Right now, nasa loob kami ng tren. Katulad ng dati, nag-uusap na yung mga walang label. Ako lang yata yung walang kausap dito eh.

Pumikit na ako nang may marinig na naman akong napaka-annoying na boses. And I don't need to know who that is.

"Hey Doms! Kasama niyo pala si miss beautiful!"

"Natural lang na kasama ng guild ang kanilang leader." Doms

Dinilat ko ang mga mata ko at nakita ang shocked na reaction ni Elvis. Ang OA niyang tignan pramis.

"Leader niyo yan?" And here comes another annoying person.

"Yeah. I'm the leader. What is it to you?" Tanong ko kay Coleen pabalik.

"Hindi bagay sayo." Coleen sabay flip hair.

Nakita kong tumaas ang kilay ng mga kasama kong babae. Mukhang nase-sense nila na hindi ko feel ang Coleen na to.

"Wag mo ngang ulitin yung ginawa mong yan." Nandidiring sabi ni Doms.

"At bakit?" Mataray na tanong Coleen

"Dahil hindi ka naman kagandahan." Doms sabay flip rin ng hair niya.

"If you mind, pwede na ba kayong umalis? Nanggugulo lang kayo rito eh." Nicole

"These brats are don't even respect their seniors. Let's go Elvis." Nagulat nalang si Elvis sa paghila sa kanya ni Coleen.

"Coming from her? Respect? Naalala ko pa nga kung paano niya tapunan ng juice si Melody." Ariana

"She did that to you?!" Vance

"Hey calm down. Tapos na yun. I already dealt with her back then." Sabi ko sa kanila

"You could have seen Melody in action! Grabe! Walang-wala ako sa pagsagot niya sa babaeng yon!" Ariana

Ang ending, pinagchismisan nila si Coleen. Kita kong nanggigigil yung tatlong babae. While the guys were there listening.

"Guys, wag niyo nang patulan ang babaeng yun. I can tell she wants attention." Sabi ko sa kanila

"Enough of that girl, what about Elvis? I know that guy would never leave you until you go out with him. Trust me, I knew him for years and he's a playboy and the most conceited among the royals." Doms

Nagkatinginan kami ni Vance at nagngisihan. He knows what will happen to that Elvis anyway.

"Mels can handle him. My sister is a lot more superior than that guy." Vance

"How so?" Doms

"I don't know. Mels has her own ways of handling guys like Elvis." Vance

"Tama si Vance. I've seen guys like Elvis. And trust me, madali ko silang kumbinsihin na iwan ako." Nakangisi kong sabi

"Paano?" The three girls were so attentive. Halatang may iniiwasan rin itong mga lalaki.

As if I know, they liked the three men who are here with us. Kaya gusto rin ata nilang malaman ang sikreto ko para gawin nila. But I think with this world, it would be a bit hard for them to do it.

"Challenge them on a sword fight. Kapag natalo, goodbye." Ngisi kong sabi with a waving hand gesture.

"Ay grabe. Ang lakas mo naman kung ganun." Nicole

"Ni isa?" Tanong nilang lahat. Kahit si Kria at Cyril ay nakisali na rin.

"Of course. I'd love to have another battle." Sabi ko

"You had a battle with her?!" Gulat na tanong ng iba.

"Yeah. I tell you. Her strength is no joke." Kris

"Nakakatakot ka naman pala teh." Nicole na ikinataw naming lahat.

"Not really. There are just times when I have to be fierce. But all the time, you would usually see me smile." Sabi ko

"Akala ko talaga mahinhin tong babaeng to. Yun pala mas halimaw pa sa mga phantoms." Nakangiwing sabi ni Doms.

"She might beat all phantoms in one go." Nicole

"That is not true. If I could defeat phantoms that easily, I could have gone solo." Sagot ko

"But what is the reason why you created a guild? I'm sure it's not just for fame or whatnot." Tanong ni Ariana

"I never thought of it. Para sakin kasi, I just want to fight phantoms. Lalo na yung Phantom King." Sabi ko na ikinanganga nila

"You never told me that." Vance

"Because you never asked." Ngiti ko sa kanya

"You want to fight the Phantom King?" Gulat na tanong ni Cyril

"Exactly. But I can't just do that alone. I need comrades too. At hindi nga ako nagkamali sa inyo." Sabi ko sa kanila

"What do you mean by that?" Tanong ni Doms.

"I found the right people who will be fighting along with me." Sagot ko habang tinitignan sila isa-isa.

"But why us? We are just 1st years. We're nothing like our seniors yet." Sabi ni Cyril

"That's not true. In fact, I think all of you are stronger than them. Konting training lang at lalakas na kayo. It's not about the curriculum that matters. It's about the skills and strength." Sabi ko

"But about the Phantom King, are you serious about that?" Kris. Himala ata at nagsasalita ito ng mahahaba ngayon.

"Yes I am. And I also have a secret to tell you." Sabi ko sa kanila while making a soundproof barrier. Things like these are normal in the trains.

"What is it all about?" Doms

I think it is time to let them know. After all, Reocuria is their home too. Karapatan din nilang malaman kung ano ang nangyayari ngayon.

"Would you believe me that the phantoms that attacked the academy are warnings from the Phantom King?" Tanong ko sa kanila

"Warnings about what?" Nicole

"A warning that he will rule Reocuria." Sabi ko na ikinagulat nila

"How can you be so sure?" Kris

"If that is true, may hakbang na siguro na ginagawa ang mga kingdoms." Doms

Natapos lang ang pag-uusap namin nang marating na namin ang Goldholde. Looks like we have to train well. And that will start NOW.
