The Doctor squints through smoke at two woman as they walk closer.
"Pond. Amelia and Isabella Pond." Amy states.
The Doctor laughs and Churchill aims his gun at both girls.
"No! They're on our side, it's OK." The doctor tells him, he pushes away Churchill's gun.
The girls walks closer, out of the dark.

and the Doctor sees they are wearing eye patches.
"No! No, Amy, Bella. Why are you wearing that?" He questions.
Bella fires her gun and the Doctor falls back onto the floor.
ORIENT EXPRESS, AMY'S OFFICE
The Doctor comes around and sees a ceiling fan lazily spinning. He's resting on a couch The Doctor's eyes move from the ceiling and focus on Amy as she leans in the doorway.
"Amy?" The doctor questions.
Bella then steps into the office and looks at the doctor.
"Bella?" The doctor calls out.
"Those stun guns aren't fun." Bella states as she looks at him.
"What she means is sorry." Amy says
"No what I mean is that I wanted to avoid a long conversation. You need to get up though, we'll be in Cairo shortly." Bella shrugs.
"Amy Pond! Bella Pond! Isabella and Amelia Pond from Leadworth, please, listen to me." The doctor announces.
(He pulls himself into a sitting position)
"I know it seems impossible, but you know me. In another version of reality you and I were best friends. We, we travelled together, we had adventures..." the doctor exclaims.
(He tries to stand but needs the wall for support)
"Amelia and Isabella Pond! You grew up with a time rift in the wall of your bedroom. You can see what others can't, you can remember things that never happened!" The doctor announces.
The Doctor then picks up a small crafted Tardis without realizing.
"And if you try, if you really, really try, you'll be able to..." he calls out.
Amy looks at the Tardis in his hand and the Doctor finally sees it.
