The doctors wife- part two

[Spaceship]

"Come. Come, come. You can see the House and he can look at you." Uncle announces.

(They lead the Doctor to a device. The Doctor looks down the grating on the floor.)

"I see. This asteroid is sentient." The doctor states.

"We walk on his back, breathe his air, eat his food." Auntie announces.

"Smell its armpits." Bella hisses and Amy laughs.

"Ponds." The doctor warns .

(House speaks through Uncle and Auntie as if they are marionettes. It is a nice, refined voice.)

House: And do my will. You are most welcome, travellers.

"Doctor, that voice. That's the asteroid talking?" Amy questions.

"Yes. So you're like a sea urchin. Hard outer surface, that's the planet we're walking on. Big, squashy, oogly thing inside, that's you...." the doctor announces.

"That's..... unpleasant." Bella states.

House: That is correct, Time Lord.

"Ah. So you've met Time Lords before?" The doctor asks.

House: Many travellers have come through the rift, like Auntie and Uncle and Nephew. I repair them when they break.

"So there are Time Lords here, then?" The doctor questions. Bella smiles at him. Seeing a glimpse of hope in his eyes.

House: Not any more, but there have been many Tardises on my back in days gone by.

"Well, there won't be any more after us. Last Time Lord. Last Tardis." The doctor announces sadly.

House: A pity. Your people were so kind. Be here in safety, Doctor. Rest, feed, if you will.

"We're not actually going to stay here, are we?" Rory asks.

"Well, it seems like a friendly planet. Literally. Mind if we poke around a bit?" The doctor asks.

"You can look all you want. Go. Look." Auntie announces. She then turns to Bella.

"House loves you." She states.

"Yeah well I'm taken." Bella replies.

"Bella. Be nice." Amy hisses.

"Come on then, gang. We're just going to, er, see the sights" the doctor calls out.

[Corridor]

"Thief!" Idris calls out from a distance.

"Shush, shush, shush." The doctor states.

"So, as soon as the Tardis is refuelled, we go, yeah?" Rory asks.

"Hopefully." Amy states.

"No. There are Time Lords here. I heard them and they need me." The doctor announces.

"You told us about your people, and you told us what you did." Bella then tells the doctor.

"Yes, yes, but if they're like the Corsair, they're good ones and I can save them." The doctor replies.

"And then tell them you destroyed the others?" Amy asks.

"I can explain. Tell them why I had to." The doctor states.

"You want to be forgiven." Amy tells him.

"Don't we all?" The doctor asks and Bella sighs.

"What do you need from me?" She asks.
