GREAT PYRAMID, EVENING
The train rides a trestle that takes it directly into the pyramid. Painted on the side is a large American flag with "Area 52" underneath it. On top is a spire.
GREAT PYRAMID, EVENING
Bella and Rory lead the way down the narrow stairs. The Doctor is holding his eye patch with distaste. Amy follows behind.
"You have to put it on, sir." Rory explains.
"An eye patch. What for?" The doctor asks.
"It's not an eye patch." Bella hisses.
"It's an eye drive, sir. It communicates directly with the memory centres of the brain, acts as external storage." Rory informs the doctor.
"Only thing that works on them. Because no living mind can remember these things." Amy then says.
The soldiers that were waiting at the base of the stairs fall in behind them.
GREAT PYRAMID, CONTAINMENT ROOM, EVENING
Inside the room are containment chambers in which the Silents are suspended in fluid.
"The Silents. We've captured over 100 of them now, all held in this Pyramid." Rory says.
The Doctor walks up to one of the chambers.
"Yeah. I've encountered them before. Always wondered what they looked like." The doctor says.
"Ugly." Bella hisses.
"Rude." The doctor tells Bella.
"Don't side with the creatures." Bella exclaims.
"You just called a whole species ugly!" The doctor announces.
"A whole evil ass species. I get the right to!" Bella announces.
"Whatever." The doctor sighs.
"Oooo and there's the whatever. The classic line of, 'Bella you're right but I can admit that'" Bella announces.
"What I don't do that!" The doctor exclaims.
"Bella this is not professional." Amy tells her sister.
"Right. Yes. Sorry." She stammers.
"Good. Now let's continue with the IMPORTANT stuff." Amy hisses.
The Silent in the chamber tilts its head at the Doctor.
"Put your eye drive on and, you'll retain the information. But only as long as you're wearing it." Amy tells the doctor.
(He looks at Amy and Bella)
"The Silents have human servants. They all wear these." The doctor says.
"They'd have to." Amy shrugs.
"They're not bad." Bella sighs.
"This way." Rory then announces.
As they walk through the room, the Silents watch the Doctor. The Doctor puts on the patch.
"Suits you." Bella says.
"Really?" The doctor asks.
"Nope. You know how much of an idiot you looked before? Yeah. Thats somehow increased. Imagine that." Bella replies.
"Right." The doctor pouts.
"They seem to be noticing you." Rory then tells the doctor.
"Yeah. They would." The doctor huffs.
