Usual Clothing: School uniform that consists of a light brown skirt, white button-up shirt with green bow, light grey long sleeved jumper and dark grey blazer, as well as black socks and shoes.
Spring/Summer: School uniform consists of a grey skirt, white button-up shirt with dark grey collars, green dotted bow, light grey sweater vest, white socks and black shoes.
After School: For her club activities, Heisuke is normally dressed in a pink or red tracksuit with white lining on the sleeves and the sides of the pant legs.
Casual Clothing: Heisuke wears a white t-shirt under a dark jacket with pink hoodie. Black pants or shorts vary with the weather.
Swimsuit: Heisuke dresses in either a light pink-coloured one-piece swimsuit or a bikini – both with cherry blossom designs upon them.
Heisuke always have her red scarf on around her neck.

Appearance:
Heisuke is a young girl with long, light pink hair that go down to her waist and bangs that are cut in a hime-cut to frame her face. She has large turquoise eyes, a small nose and heart-shaped lips. She is also somewhat tall and is rather curvaceous. She also has a beauty mark on the side of her neck and the side of her stomach. She is often called pretty by her peers.

Personality:
Heisuke is generally a very cheery and kind person, and her normal demeanour is quiet and reserved until she gets to know others well enough. She is also very puppy-like in personality due to her bursts of energy and clinginess to those around her. She can also be very testing with people who get on her bad side. She is very protective of her friends, especially Haruka and Makoto, and loves to be around them at all times. Despite being usually a soft-spoken and polite individual, Heisuke is known to get riled up and agitated when things don't go her way.

Trivia:

1. Heisuke was born and raised in New Zealand, but moved to Japan after the death of her parents. Currently, she lives with her paternal grandmother in Iwatobi Town and attends Iwatobi High School, following both Iwatobi Elementary School and Iwatobi Middle School.
2. Heisuke has recently learned how to knit and loves to knit. Her other hobbies include swimming, cooking new recipes and gardening. She also has an interest in studying and Judo. She is also rather good at woodwork.
3. Heisuke's dominant hand is her left hand. However, due to an injury she sustained in her childhood, Heisuke has learned to write with her right hand as well, making her an ambidextrous.
4. On normal days, Heisuke prefers to stay home and cook delicious food, do all sorts of chores and play with the local children. She also enjoys spending time with her grandmother.
5. Heisuke's favourite treat is taiyaki fish with red bean paste. It is also her comfort food whenever she feels sad and is also her go-to food whenever she is tired.
6. Heisuke is good at every subject but dislikes studying too much when it comes to mathematics. She likes to study literature in both English and Japanese. She dislikes underscoring on tests.
7. During her Elementary and Middle school careers, Heisuke was the Judo Champion of her district and has participated in the Nationals, scoring gold. She has also regularly participated in swimming competitions.
8. When she grows up, Heisuke wants to be either a Surgeon or for physician in sports medicine. Her grandmother had herself been such a physician, which sparked Heisuke's interest.
9. Heisuke, Haruka and Makoto have a game that consists of Heisuke and Makoto guessing what Haruka is thinking, and are usually correct, stunning those around them.
10. Heisuke's phone is light pink in colour, much like most of the things that she owns. She denies the fact that it is due to the colour of her hair, when in reality it is. Her favourite colour, however, is blue.
11. Every bicycle that Heisuke has ever owned has been in red in colour. She enjoys bicycling back and forth from the swimming club, and still owns a bicycle to this day (despite walking back and forth from school).
12. Heisuke has a huge soft spot for Haruka and is always willing to please him in any way possible as he happened to be the first person to extend a hand of friendship toward her.
13. Heisuke is the same age as Nagisa, Rei and Gou but a senior by one year and is one year younger than her classmates Haruka, Makoto and [formerly] Rin, Asahi, Ikuya and Kisumi.
14. During her Middle School days, Heisuke had developed a small crush on Serizawa Nao, her Senpai, but did not pursue this. She also continues to deny that she had ever liked anyone. Heisuke also has never had her first kiss.
15. Heisuke's motif animal is the Vaquita, which makes her the smallest out of the motifs when compared to Haruka's dolphin, Makoto's orca and Rin's shark.
