"Graduation's in a month." Solomon reminded me. "I know." I responded glumly. I didn't want to leave the Devildom, not at all. I had made more of a family down here than I ever had up in the human world. I knew this was inevitable though, so I began to spend as much time as I could with the brothers."Hey that reminds me." I said as I turned back to Solomon. "What's your phone number? I want to stay in contact with you when we go back home." After we exchanged numbers, we began to walk out of the school gates. "Well I gotta get back to
Purgatory Hall. See ya around (Y/N)." "See ya."I walked back to the House of Lamentation by myself, which I was quite used to by now. Being that I had pacts with the brothers, I knew I could easily defend myself against other demons. This lead to me growing independent, and I walked more freely around the Devildom than when I had when I first got here. 'Maybe I'll stop by Hell's Kitchen.' I thought.
I decided I would get the brothers a treat, after all they had been so nice to me this past month. I knew it was just cause they knew I'd be gone and they'd miss me, but I still wanted to repay their kindness. I walked into the restaurant, and took a moment to remember what all the brothers liked.
Belphie and Beel would like the family pack sushi, Asmo would probably want some wicked cupcakes, Satan likes red apple pie, Mammon definitely wants some instant noodles, (hell sauce flavor specifically), I'll get Levi spicy rainbow pizza, and being that Lucifer is probably working right now I'll get him some black coffee of melancholy.
After going over the order in my head multiple times, I stepped up to the register and ordered. I was so glad I had saved up some extra Grimm, because anytime I got something for all seven of the brothers it was never easy on my money. I waited only for a short while because I had made my order to go.
I thanked the staff when I had received my order and once again began my walk home. Once I got to the doors of the house, I kicked the door lightly instead of knocking because my hands were full of bags. I waited for a second and was about to kick again when I was greeted with Satan on the other side of the door. "Here, let me help you with that." He said as he took half of the bags out of my hands. "Thank you." I said as we both started towards my room.
After placing down all the bags, I searched through until I found the red apple pie. "Here you go." I said as I handed Satan his food. "(Y/N), you didn't have to get me this." "I know," I said. "But I wanted to do something nice for you guys." "Well I very much appreciate it. Thank you." He said with a smile, then he turned and left.
After sorting through the bags and separating the rest of the brothers food, I began to make my way around the house to give them their food. I saved Lucifer's for last, since his was a liquid and would need to be re-heated.
I also kind of wanted to just spend time with him. Over some time I had gotten close to the eldest brother. I wouldn't exactly say we were dating, we just kind of had this thing going on. It hurt thinking of this now, because I knew I'd have to leave him in just one short month.
I heated his coffee up in the microwave since it had gotten cold, and then I made my way to his office. I knocked and heard a muffled, "come in." I opened the door to see Lucifer with yet another large stack of paperwork.
"Hey Luci! I got something for you." He looked at me with an irritated face and said, "How many times have I told you not to call me that?" "Come on Lucifer lighten up. Here, maybe this can cheer you up." I placed the coffee on his desk, but his expression didn't lighten. "Is that all?" He questioned. "If you don't have an emergency then don't bother me when I'm working." His words shocked me. Usually he loved when I visited him while he worked.
