Requested by @25_Mia_Tang. I hope you like it and I'm sorry this one is shorter than my other ones.

It had been six months. Six long miss since (Y/N) had left the brothers. Six months since they had heard (Y/N)'s laugh, seen their smile. While it had been six months, it felt like yesterday. Everyday at the House of Lamentation the brothers searched for the human, and every day at school they waited for them to show up in class or at their lunch table.    (Y/N) would never leave them right? No, that's just, not something their human would do.

And yet every day they never saw (Y/N). Meals always seemed quiet, and class was boring. Life seemed dull for the brothers without their human.

They had only cried for (Y/N) once, the day everything happened. Ever since that day though, they didn't cry. They didn't do anything really. To them, (Y/N) was just in their room on their D.D.D or hanging out with the other exchange students. The brothers were drowning in denial, and it hurt everyone around them to see the seven lords like that. Diavolo, Barbatos and the other exchange students did everything in their power to get the brothers to feel something, anything. But no matter how hard they tried, the seven stayed the same.

(Y/N) however was keeping an eye on them. The poor human, well, angel, felt terrible for the brothers. They had already gone through the loss of their sister and now they had to basically relive that. The former exchange student wanted to desperately hold them, talk to them, anything. However, contact between angels and demons was not exactly an easy thing to maintain considering their pasts. All (Y/N) could do was wait for Simeon and Luke, the only two angels that could help with the situation.

The brothers denial lasted for half a year, and everyone thought this was the worst of it. Oh how wrong they were. After all, grief is always worse than denial. After six months of being emotionless and basically brain dead, reality began to settle in. The helpless little human never came out of their room, they were never there for meals. Where was (Y/N)?

Diavolo and Simeon noticed the brothers beginning to change, whether it was for the best or the worst they weren't sure yet. It started with small things, like Mammon getting sad out of nowhere and Belphie refusing to sleep. Then, it started getting worse.

Lucifer wouldn't do his work, he couldn't, how could he focus when something was missing, though he couldn't place his finger on what exactly? Mammon didn't gamble anymore, nor did he steal or pull pranks since he didn't have a partner in crime. Levi stopped playing video games and watching anime because he needed his player two. Satan didn't actually stop reading, he read more. There had to be a reason (Y/N) was being quieter than usual, maybe the answer was in his books. Asmo stopped going out on the town like he used to. He felt so lonely when he went out, he didn't want people to think he didn't have friends. The twins were probably the worst ones off though. Beel didn't eat, which is saying a lot being that he's the literally avatar of Gluttony. Lucifer literally had to force Beel to eat, if he didn't his brother would end up getting sick. Belphie slept more, if that's even possible. Slowly but surely, the brothers mental health was decreasing and they didn't know why.

One day, Lord Diavolo decided it was finally time to confront the brothers. Together, Lord Diavolo, Barbatos, Solomon, Simeon and Luke made their way to the House of Lamentation after school one day. "Lord Diavolo, are you sure this is a good idea? After all, we don't know how sensitive the brothers are to all of this yet," Simeon asked as they made their way to the manor. "It might hurt them, but this needs to be done. They can't keep living like this." With that being said Diavolo walked up to the doors and knocked. Seconds later Lucifer appeared in the doorway. "Hello my lord, what can I do for you today?" "May we come in?" Solomon asked. "Of course." Lucifer moved out of the way and the five walked into the building.
