Chapter 9

I DONT OWN MY HERO ACADEMIA OR ITS CHARACTERS SO DONT SUE ME OR ANYTHING

Izumi's P.O.V

All Might's hair tastes awful. It's like stale crackers but in the shape of a hair.

"All Might, I don't feel anything different." I say.

"Of course, you need time to digest. You'll feel something in a few hours." He says.

"Oh ok, I'll go home now, thanks for everything!" I say, walking off in the direction of my home.

"Good luck on the entrance exams!" I hear All Might say to me.

I'll really need that good luck, I don't know how I'm going to get into U.A at all.

~Time Skip 1 Day~

AHHHHHHHHHH!!! Today's the entrance exam! I'm so excited but I'm so nervous! What kind of exam will it be? I think I'm good in the written part of the exam but it's the other part that I'm worried about. I hope I can do it and pass. I just woke up, I'm thinking too much about this. I'll just go through my morning routine and then I'll worry about it when I get to U.A.

~At U.A~

It's huge! I didn't think the school would be this big! I'd easily get lost in there!

Someone is causing a disturbance behind me... From the sounds, someone is pushing people aside. Who would do that? I feel like Kacchan would do that. I look behind me and... IT ACTUALLY IS KACCHAN! Oh no, he's going straight for me! He's probably not even looking down or he's doing it on purpose but either way, he's like a meter from hitting me! I quickly step to the side to avoid getting pushed but he kicks one of my tails instead.

NOOOOOOO! His dirty shoes got my perfectly clean tail dirty! I wipe of as much dirt as I can and then use my emergency brush to try to put it back to what it was before. It doesn't look perfect, but if anybody didn't know that it was ruined in the first place, they wouldn't have been able to tell it was.

I see a nervous girl with short brown hair walking ahead of me. I decide to go to try to calm her down but I see her trip on one of her steps so I run and catch her before she falls down.

"Are you okay? If you tripped, that would have been a bad omen." I say.

"Y-Yeah, I'm just really nervous!" She says.

"I am too! Well, good luck on the exams!" I say, walking ahead of her and into U.A.

Inside the U.A auditorium, I look for seats but the only seat available is next to Kacchan. Uh oh, it doesn't look like he's happy either. I take a seat and he scoffs. At the front, I see the Voice Hero Present Mic. Is that really him?! I listen to him on the radio every week!

He yells, "WELCOME TO U.A! EVERYONE SAY HEEEY!" but nobody says anything.

"THAT'S ALL RIGHT, I'M ALSO NERVOUS! I'LL TELL YOU ABOUT HOW THIS WILL GO! ARE YOU READY?" He yells.

"YEAHH!" He yells but nobody says it with him, it's as quite as a cemetery here.

"NOW PAY ATTENTION! WE'LL TEST YOU BY PUTTING YOU THROUGH A TEN MINUTE RUN AT OUR CITY REPLICA! YOU CAN TAKE ANYTHING YOU WANT! THERE WILL BE A LARGE AMOUNT OF 'VILLAINS' SPREAD ACROSS THE BATTLEFIELD! THERE WILL BE 3 DIFFERENT TYPES OF VILLAINS AND THEY WILL BE ASSIGNED POINT VALUES ACCORDING TO DIFFICULTY! USING YOUR QUIRKS, DEFEAT AS MUCH 'VILLAINS' AS YOU CAN TO GATHER UP POINTS AND GET A HIGH SCORE! AND DON'T THINK ABOUT ATTACKING OTHER PEOPLE OR ANY ANTI-HERO STUFF BECAUSE THAT'S AGAINST THE RULES!" He explains.

Suddenly, a blue haired kid with glasses stands up and says, "Excuse me, I have a question. You mentioned that there are 3 types of 'villains' but on the handout, there are clearly 4 types of 'villains' listed! Such a mistake would be the most embarrassing for a top tier National Academy like U.A! The reason why we came here is because we seek the best guidance on the path to becoming future heroes!"

"THAT WAS A GREAT QUESTION! THANKS FOR MENTIONING THAT! THE FOURTH TYPE OF VILLAIN YOU WILL ENCOUNTER IS WORTH 0 POINTS! THERE IS ONLY ONE OF THOSE AND THEIR THING IS THAT THEY GO ON A RAMPAGE WHEN THEY ARE CROWDED!" Present Mic responds.

"I see! I apologize for being rude!" the blue haired kid says while bowing down and taking a seat.

"WELL, THAT'S ALL FROM ME! NOW LET'S GET ON TO THE MAIN EVENT! PLUS ULTRA!" Present Mic says.

Afterwards, we went to a designated area where we got split up into multiple groups and directed to our "cities". The "cities" are huge! It's almost as big as an entire town! How many replica sites are there?

Thankfully, it looks like Kacchan isn't in my group. I look around and everyone seems rather calm. I guess that they have gear to match their quirks. I don't have any gear and I haven't really used my quirk on anything because I didn't want to risk starting a fire. I look around and see the same brown haired girl from before so I decide to check on her. I try walking up to her but I feel a firm hand on my shoulder stopping me from getting closer. I turn around and see it's the blue haired kid from earlier.

"Who exactly are you? Can't you see that she is trying to calm herself down? Did you come here to obstruct your fellow test takers?" He says.

"N-No, of course not." I say.

"Well, to make sure not to cause any issues with her performance, I advise to leave her alone." He says.

"Okay." I say. I go right in front of the gates to wait there because I don't want to get involved with him any further.

Suddenly, the gates into the city opened and I immediately turned into my battle fox form and ran into the city to find robots thinking that it just started. Nobody else goes so I get confused but almost immediately, I hear Present Mic's voice saying, "WHAT ARE YOU DOING? THERE ARE NO COUNTDOWNS IN REAL BATTLES! HURRY UP AND RUN!". At least I got a little head start. I look behind me and see that everyone is now running but the blue haired kid is apparently really fast. I turn right and find a three pointer and since it's made of metal, I decide to make two fireballs on both of my tails and send it at the robot while dodging its attacks. I've never burned anything with my fireballs before, but I was completely surprised when the metal on the robot melted way faster than I thought it would and the robot gets defeated in almost a second. Now this is great, it's going to be so much easier knowing that my fireballs are way more powerful than ordinary fires. I go around melting robots and counting each of them and I get to 39 points. There's not much time left but there's not that much robots remaining. There are heaps of metal all over the place but suddenly the ground starts to rumble and I see a huge robot taller than the buildings walking around and destroying pretty much everything it can.

Is that the 0 pointer? Didn't U.A make it way too big? I see everyone run away from it and I think of doing the same but I see a familiar brown haired girl stuck underneath some rock in the path of the robot. Oh no, this is really bad, how do I help her?!
