After a day of training with All Might to receive All For One, Izuku is attacked by a villain. His quirk activates and he escapes but passes out in the middle of the road. He thinks the entire thing was a dream but hasn't seen any of his changes yet...

~Time Skip 1 day~
Man, today was really boring. All the regular classes were dull, but now it's heroics class! I wonder what we're doing today now that we've tested our quirks.
"I am... coming through the door like a normal person!" I hear All Might say. I look and see him entering the classroom and walking to the front.
"It's All Might!" "So he really is a teacher here!" "That's his Silver Age costume!" The class says. It really is exciting having All Might as a teacher.
"Hero Basic Training! The class that will train you in special ways to turn you into heroes! There's no time to waste, this is today's activity! Battle training!" All Might says, pulling out a card that says 'Battle' on it. We're going to do battles already? I wonder what type of battle it's going to be.
"And for that, you need these." All Might says, pressing a button. Things like shelves come out of the wall and I can see they are numbered. "With the quirk registry and your special request forms you filled out, these are your costumes! A costume is the most basic thing that a hero needs! After you put them on, meet me outside!" All Might says.
Which one is mine? Maybe the numbers refer to our ranks? That's the only thing that makes sense but what was my rank again? I think it was 14 but I'm not completely sure. I take costume number 14 and open it but instead see a really shiny costume. Nope, not mine.
"I see you are interested in my sparkly and stylish costume!" I hear from behind me. It's the blond guy with the laser quirk from the exam.
"Uhhh, sure." I say, giving it to him. I take number 13 this time and open it. I see that this one is a red and white Japanese robes. I think this one is mine. I see that there are also two flowers on a piece of paper. I didn't ask for this... why is it here? I look at the paper and see that it says, 'Don't forget to look cute! Put the flowers in your hair! -Mom'. What?! How did she manage to get that in there? I put the flowers in my hair since it would be a waste to throw them away. I go and try to set my costume on fire to see if it is what I asked for. The costume doesn't light on fire, good. It being fireproof will help so much.

~Tiny Time Skip~
After changing, I went outside and saw that everyone else had pretty cool costumes. "Hello Izumi!" I hear Uraraka say.
"Hey Uraraka, your costume is good!" I say.
"Yeah, but I should have written my request better. It came out kind of tight." She says.
"Don't worry, you can fix it later." I say.
"Heroics class is the best." I hear a boy almost as short as me say, looking at Uraraka. What does he mean by tha- oh... what a pervert. As a girl, I'll have to make sure to stay away from him as much as I can.
"All Might, isn't this training area we'll be using the mock-city from the entrance exam?" An armored personnel says. I guess that's Iida, only he speaks like that.
"You are correct! Today we will be doing our training here! We are going to be practicing what to do in case of a robbery. Even though this isn't the most common situation, it can be very difficult to deal with. Villains will usually run for it once they get caught in a robbery and they can leave a path of destruction while fleeing. It's also hard for the heroes because they have to capture the villains while causing as little damage as possible. Many villains work in pairs and so do heroes, so this will be a 2 on 2 team exercise!" All Might says.
"So how do we determine wins and losses?" "Can we just blow them up?" "Is there a threat of expulsion?" "How would we be split into groups?" "Isn't this cape crazy?" The class starts asking all at once.
"Hnnn--- I can't answer your questions if you say them all at once! For this training, there will be a villain team running out of a building with a bag to mimic a robbery. The heroes must stop them before they get away. If the heroes capture the villains, they win. If the villains managed to both get out of the mock-city or defeat the heroes, they win. If the villain team wins and still has the bag, they get bonus points. If the hero team wins without causing a lot of destruction, they get bonus points. The teams will be chosen by lottery!" All Might says, picking names from a box.
"Here are the teams: Team A is Ochako Uraraka and Izumi Midoriya, Team B is Shoto Todoroki and Mezo Shoji, Team C is Momo Yaoyorozu and Minoru Mineta, Team D is Tenya Iida and Katsuki Bakugo, Team E is Yuga Aoyama and Mina Ashido, Team F is Koji Koda and Rikido Sato, Team G is Denki Kaminari and Kyoka Jiro, Team H is Tsuyu Asui and Fumikage Tokoyami, Team I is Mashirao Ojiro and Toru Hagakure, and Team J is Eijiro Kirishima and Hanta Sero!" All Might says.
"Hey, we're in a team together, isn't that amazing?!" Uraraka says to me.
"The first match will be between these two teams: Team D will be the heroes and Team A will be the villains!" All Might says, pulling out team names from another box.
We're up against Team D?! That's the team that both Kacchan and Iida are on!
"This scenario has the villain team along with the bag in the building they are robbing. The heroes will not know which building it is until it starts because that is how a real robbery will be! The hero team will be walking around expecting the villains as a real hero should always do! The match will start when I tell the villain team to start! If it gets out of hand, I will of course, stop the match. The exercise will start in a few minutes, the rest of us will watch it on the TVs!" All Might says.
~Inside the "Robbed" Building~
"Both of the people of the hero team can be fast, do you have any idea of how to slow them down?" I ask Uraraka.
"I'm not much of a thinker, I was hoping you could come up with a plan." She says sheepishly.
"Well, the first thing I need to know is what your quirk does." I say.
"Well, when I touch something with all five of the pads on my fingers, I can make it weightless. So whats your quirk?" She says, holding up her fingers.
"My quirk lets me create fireballs and turn into a fox. The fireballs apparently are hotter than regular fires." I say, making a fireball in my hand.
"But what about that strength you showed when saving me from the zero pointer and when you threw the softball?" She asks me. Uh oh, how do I explain this?
I start, "Uhhh... um, w-well you see...-" but I'm cut off by All Might saying, "START!"in our earpiecesand as soon as he says that, alarms in the building we're in start going off, alerting the other team of our position. I may have just been saved from Uraraka's question, but now there's another problem!
