Izumi's P.O.V

"A tournament? It's finally our turn to be in the tournament that I see on TV every year!" Kirishima says.

"The matchups will be decided randomly. Once we have the bracket set up, you guys are free to go and enjoy the festivities and then we will have the tournament." Midnight says.

"Excuse me... I'd like to drop out." Someone says.

"Me too." Another person says.

Turning around, I can identify one of them as Ojiro but the other person is from class 1-B.

"What?! Why would you want to drop out?!" people say.

"Everybody got here using their own strength. But I have no idea why I'm here. I don't have any memories of the past round and because of my pride, I can't go on." Ojiro says.

"Yeah, I cant remember anything either. This is all about people's skills but not doing anything and still making it isn't right." The class 1-B person says.

"Woah, these guys are... so manly!" Kirishima says.

"It's decided then! Ahora and Ojiro are out of this tournament! Replacing them will be Tetsutetsu and Shiozaki! Now we will decide the matches!" Midgnight says.

~Tiny Time Skip~

After drawing names from a box, all the matches in the tournament bracket were decided. The bracket went like this:
Me vs Shinso
Todoroki vs Sero
Shiozaki vs Kaminari
Iida vs Hatsume
Ashido vs Aoyama
Tokoyami vs Yaoyoruzu
Tetsutetsu vs Kaminari
Uraraka vs Bakugo

Shinso must be that purple haired kid. I'll have to be really careful. He'll have his full attention on me instead of having to deal with multiple people.

~In a hallway~

While everyone was enjoying the festivities, All Might told me he had something he wanted to talk about.

"What's going on All Might?" I say.

"Do you emember some of the training I gave you?" He asks.

"Yeah, I remember it." I say.

"From that, I've figured out that you can use only 5% of One For All without breaking any bones. It won't have that much power, but only go over 5% if you really have to." He says.

"But how do I know if I'm at 5%? Do I have to get lucky the entire time?" I ask.

"No, that's why you have to do your best out there. You've come so far, so you have to keep going forward. Don't forget that everyone will be watching how you do!" All Might says.

"Okay, I won't let you down!" I say.

"Now go show them what you can do!" All Might says, giving me a headpat and then walking off.

~Back to the stadium~

"It's time for the first match! Izumi Midoriya from class 1-A vs Hitoshi Shinso!" Midnight says. Shinso and I stand at opposite ends of the ring.

"The rules are very simple! Win by knocking your opponent out of the boundaries, immobilizing them, or making them say, 'I give up'! Don't worry about having to hold back, we have Recovery Girl on standby! Going in for the kill is prohibited, but we'll have Cementoss stop you if it gets to that! Now, START!!" Midnight says.
