I DONT OWN MY HERO ACADEMIA OR ITS CHARACTERS SO DONT SUE ME OR ANYTHING

Izumi's P.O.V

As soon as Mr. Aizawa approves the election, there was already complaints.

"But Iida, we haven't known each other for enough time to build a reasonable amount of trust in each other." Tsuyu says.

"And everyone will just vote for themselves!" Kirishima says.

"That is exactly why anyone who manages to receive multiple votes from their peers will be the most suited for the position." Iida says. That's actually a pretty smart thing!

We all vote and the results are put up on the board at the front of the classroom. The results show that I got 1st with 3 votes and that someone named Momo Yaoyorozu got 2nd with 2 votes but unfortunately, Iida got 0 votes. That makes me President and Yaoyorozu Vice President! But why did they vote for me?! Why didn't anybody vote for Iida instead?!

"What the hell?! Why did they vote for shorty instead of me?!" Kacchan yells. Obviously, he's mad about this but he's really never had a chance of winning.

"Zero votes!!! I thought so! This is the harsh reality of the sacred position of leadership!" Iida says.

Yaoyorozu and I are called up to the front of the classroom to be presented to the class. "Well, your President is Izumi Midoriya and your Vice President is Momo Yaoyorozu." Mr. Aizawa says.

"S-S-Seriously?!" I say.

"What a shame..." Yaoyorozu says. Yeah, I really don't look like a class President right now.

"I know Midoriya has the right things for this!" "And Yaoyorozu is one of the students who got in through a recommendation!" Some people say. It's true, she did get in because she was so good she got recommended and didn't have to take the regular entrance exam. I just hope that they are right about me having the right things to be a good class President.

~Lunchtime~

At lunch, there is a huge amount of students walking around in the cafeteria. Uraraka, Iida, and I sit down at a table with other people, but I have to sit on my legs to get my head higher over the table. "There sure are a lot of people here!" I say.

"Besides the hero course, there are the support and business courses here. All the students from those courses gather here for lunch as well." Iida says.

"This rice tastes great!" Uraraka says.

"I'm just worried about if I can really be a good Class President..." I say.

"You can." Uraraka says.

"You have no need to worry. Your deciveness in a pinch make you perfectly suited for Class President, that's why I voted for you." Iida says. So he's one of the people who voted for me!

"But didn't you want to be Class President? You were so serious back there." Uraraka asks.

"Ambition and suitability are very different things. I humbly made the decision that I felt was correct." Iida says.

"Humbly?" I say.

"The way you talk... Iida, are you a rich kid?!"

"A rich kid!" I say.

"I don't like people knowing so I try to hide it, but yes. My family, the Iida family is a renowned hero family. And I am the second son." Iida says.

"Whoa!! Cool!!" I say.

"Do you know about the Turbo Hero, Ingenium?" Iida asks.

"Of course! He employs sidekicks at his headquarters in Tokyo! So you're...!" I say.
