A month later

The whole group met up and we went to Bruno's house.

I was sitting on the couch, chatting with the girls.
I felt eyes on me.
I looked over to where the boys were and seen Jahseh staring at me.
He smirked and looked away.
I blushed.

Eventually all the boys came into the living room where the girls and I were.
Jahseh sat next to me.
He was leaning back on the couch, scrolling through his phone.
I started talking to him and wasn't looking away from his eyes.
He started twisting his hair around his finger as he didn't look away from mine.
I knew that a guy always played with his hair when he was nervous.
Did I make him nervous?

I was scrolling through my phone when I felt Jahseh move a little closer to me.
I didn't move because I like him and I want to be close to him.

He was talking to me and I noticed his eyes glanced to my lips then back to my eyes.
Was my mom right? Does Jahseh like me?

We were leaving and Jahseh and I were outside while we waited for everyone else.
I was scrolling through my phone and Jahseh was quiet.
I looked up at him and he had his back against the house with his hood on and head down.
Whenever he's sad or feeling any emotion, I can feel it and vice versa.
Jahseh wasn't really good with expressing his emotions either.
"Seh" I said
"Hm" he said not looking up
I held my arms out but didn't say anything.
He looked at me and walked over to me, taking me into his arms. I wrapped my arms around his neck as his arms were wrapped around my lower back and he put his face in my neck.
I rubbed his back.
"What's wrong?" I questioned as we were still hugging
"I don't know....I just feel sad and I don't know why" he said
"I know what it's like" I comfort him
We pulled away and everyone else walked out.
"Why don't y'all just date" Stokeley said
"It's obvious y'all like each other" he added
I blushed as Jahseh rolled his eyes at him
