I made it home and got something to eat. My parents were in the kitchen getting beers and stuff out the fridge because they were gonna have company.
I was scrolling through my phone when Jahseh started calling me.
I answered it
"Hey" I said
"Girl I told you to call me when you got home" he said
"Sorry" I apologize
"Its okay" he assured me
"Whatchu doin?" He asked
"Eating" I said
"What are you doing?" I asked
"Nun....I was just thinkin bout you so I wanted to talk to you" he said
I could feel my dad's death stare
"Guess what?" I said
"What" he said
"Jasmine had the nerve to ask me if I told you to beat up Rob" I said
"Tehahaha" he laughed
"I was girl I'm the one that told him not to do it" I said
"You straight?" He asked
"Huh" I said
"I said you straight?" He repeated
"Why?" I questioned
"Your voice sound do......down" he said
"I think I'm okay" I said
"What do you mean you think?" He questioned
"I'm.....not the happiest right now but at the same time I really don't wanna be" I said
"I've been there before" he said
"How do we relate so much?" I asked
"I don't know....that's probably why we're best friends. We can relate even on an emotional level" he said
"Mhm" I hummed

Jahseh and I were still on the phone.
"Let's FaceTime" he said
"Why?" I questioned
"I wanna see your face" he says
Then my parents walked in the house to get more beers for them and their company.
"You already seen my face today" I said
"I just wanna see your beautiful face" he said
"I'm not even beautiful" I say
"Whatchu mean" he smacked his lips
"I'm n-"
"Just FaceTime me witcho little ass" he interrupted
I laughed and he laughed too
I FaceTimed him.

I was tired as hell but he begged me not to hang up on him so I just fell asleep on FaceTime with him.
