Brittanys POV

the weather was cold and that means that Santanas and Is 1 year anniversary wasn't far behind. i'm always great with gifts, i know exactly what to get someone like that time i kinda freaked out and spent a bunch of money on my friends when i thought the world was going to end. The sad thing is that i have absolutely no idea what to get Santana! what can i get the girl that has everything?

i knocked on my old apartment door in the early hours of the morning, i was so excited to see what i could get Santana for our anniversary that i forgot how early it really was.

"Brittany? what are you doing here?" Rachel asked me groggly as she rubbed her eyes when she opened the door

"i need your help" i asked as i walked into the apartment and sat on the couch

"Brittany it's 6am, and it's a Friday" Rachel yawned

"please, i really need your help" i said as i looked up at her with a pleading look

she just grumbled and made her way to the seat next to the couch

"It's Santanas and Is anniversary tomorrow and... i still haven't got her anything. i have no clue what to get her! normally i'm really good at this sort of thing" i groaned as i sinked more into the soft couch

"wait, it's tomorrow and you still haven't gotten her anything? oh my god Brittany" Rachel laughed a little as she became for awake

"it's not funnyyyy, i need your help. you've known her since high school, right? give me ideas of what to get her!" i pouted since this was really stressing me out

"okay so what you need to do is.." Rachel began to tell me

Santanas POV

i can't believe it's Brittanys and Is anniversary tomorrow and i still haven't gotten her anything! Sure, everyone keeps telling me that Brittany isn't picky when it comes to gifts and pretty much loves everything but i still want it to be perfect

Sadly, i had some meetings today and i had to finish some paperwork so i couldn't think of ideas all day but as soon as i had my lunch break i called the one person i know that knows Brittany the most

"Quinn! hi!" i said happily when she answered (thank god she did)

"hi..? you should awfully cheery, what do you want?" Quinn asked in a confused tone

"i don't know what to get Brittany for our anniversary. can you tell me a list of things Brittany loves?" i practically begged

"okay fine, she loves Cats, Fondue, the beach, skirts, headbands, pancakes, lilies you know the flower? oh and dancing" Quinn said rather quickly

"wait the beach?" i asked

"yeah, she loves it! she used to beg her family to take her to florida all the time. it's like one of her favourite places to go" Quinn sighed

"okay Quinn, thank you. bye!" i said excitedly as i quickly hung up the phone and opened my laptop

i've got the perfect gift idea

Santana and I had both taken the weekend off since it was our anniversary today. ive got the perfect present and i think she'll really like it. it's getting delivered later tonight when we're giving our gifts to each other.
