Jeno wraps his arm around me as I snuggle into him a little. He gives me a light kiss on the head as my mind still wonders about tonight.
After what felt like 5 minutes we finally arrive at this place. I start to get nervous. Jeno is the first one to get out, I look out the door to see men with cameras and loads of flashing lights. They are taking pictures of jeno, is he famous or something?
Jeno ignores these guys with cameras and gives me his hand, I take it and I get out of the car too. More men with cameras start to come over, I get scared and I think he noticed. Jeno takes my hand and rubs his thumb on my skin. He leans in to my ear and whispers for me to smile and act normal. I do exactly what he said. Jeno brings me close to him, still holding my hand. I smile and wave to all the cameras.
After about 20 seconds the men move away so we can enter this place. There are a lot more paparazzi at the sides. We both walk down this red carpet. I smile and wave to everyone else as they scream our names. How do they know my name? i know I already said this but is Jeno famous? I will definitely be asking him later.
There are four bodyguards at the door. They nod at jeno and open the door. Before we enter, a woman in a gorgeous dress smiles to both of us.
She says "the beautiful couple have arrived. Such a pleasure to meet you both".
I froze when she said 'beautiful couple'. We are not a beautiful couple, we always fight and I don't remember signing up to being his girlfriend or whatever. i pause as I get a flashback from remember Jeno saying 'I will let your little boyfriend go ONLY if you start living with me and get back together with me'. I stupidly said 'deal' but I only wanted to save taeil....thinking of him, I hope he is safe at home.
I get out my thoughts as Jeno drags me in. I look up to see a stunning chandelier, I'm guessing that the chandelier is made from real diamonds.
We both get led to a table. It is a line of tables that are joined together and lined around the room. We are put in the more fancier chairs in the middle. I'm so confused....are we special or something? I look around and see eyes on us.
"Don't worry baby, I will explain later, ok?" Jeno whispers as I shudder. I nod. Jeno whispers to me again as he says
"we are firstly going to eat, meet my work friends, dance then near the end we will sit down because I have a surprise".
He gives me an evil smile. He is up to something bad, very bad and I'm scared what it could be.
Before I can ask what he is up to, we get served food. It is just a simple soup for starters. I eat it and it is quite delicious.
Before I can take another spoonful, someone stands up "a toast for the boss and his girlfriend" he says as he raises his glass with a smile.
Jeno laughs, stands up and raises his glass. Everyone else stands up so I do the same.
"Thank you" jeno says to everyone and smiles. He looks at me pushing me to do a speech. I start to get nervous.
I fake a smile as I speak "thank you everyone. It is a pleasure" I say.
I have no idea what I was supposed to say but that was the first thing I could come up with. we all take a sip of our drink, sit down and they clap.
"Kiss me" Jeno whispers. I try to shake my head but then I feel a sharp thing on my leg. I look down to see a knife pointing into my thigh, I'm more concerned for my dress.
I look back up to see jeno giving me that "if you don't kiss me I will ruin your dress" look. I don't know how I got all that from a look but I somehow did.
I faked smiling again, I then grabbed Jeno's tie and pulled it so his lips landed on mine. All the men roared with cheers and the women squealed as I gave him a kiss. I pulled away, jeno smiled to me and whispered a quick 'thank you'. We went back to eating the food.
