In front of me is my teammates and our boss. Nasa tabi ko naman ang manager ko.

"Alam kong babalik ka din. You just need time."tumatangong sabi nito saakin."We don't have to talk about you're comeback in the team. Nasa kundisyon ka pa ba? Or you need a little time to practice."

"I actually want to join the tournament."diretso kong sabi. He was not suprised to hear it from me."Even thought I didn't race this past 2 years I'm still into it. Racing is my life. Aaron is right. This is where I really belong and there is no one can stop me now. I promise I won't run away again. It was a childish action."

Tumango siya at tila masaya sa naging desisyon ko."Kailangan nating magpapresscon para sa pagbabalik mo. And about your issue with Gregory."bumaling siya kay Greg.

"Oh that..."I smiled sweetly at them."It's all in the past. I already moved on. What we had is in the past now. Walang magiging problema I'm a professional racer."I grinned.

"It's settled then. Welcome back, Raze."tumayo siya. He offered his hand and I accepted it.

"Thank you, boss."

"You're really back! Damn! Kumpleto na talaga tayo! We should celebrate."my team suggested happily.

"Pass. I have to see Aaron."I laugh."Babawi ako sa susunod."

"Aaron Turner? Kayo na ba?"usisa ni Aries "Siya din ang kasama mo nung bumalik ka."

"Well they are childhood friends so they're connection is..."Speed trailed off.

"Next time then? Kelan ka ba magprapractice?"tumayo na si Eron.

"Hindi ko pa alam."sagot ko."I think I will be busy for the whole month. The all girls tournament is next month. So I have a short time preparation."

"Yeah. I...well...I still can't believe you're here."napakamot pa ito sa batok bago mahinang tumawa."I miss having you here, Raze. Welcome back!"nakipag-apir ito saakin.

"I'm glad you're back."Speed smiled gently."We're glad you're here."

"I'm glad too."I smiled back.

"Sa susunod na lang. We have a lot of things to catch up. Balita namin may boyfriend ka na daw."Speed grinned.

Humalakhak naman ako bago umiling."San mo naman nalaman 'yan?"

"Kay Greg."natigil ako sa pagtawa at napatingin kay Gregory. He is looking so serious, nakahalukipkip at nang mapatingin ako sakanya ay tinaasan lang ako ng kilay at basta na lang umalis.

"Di pa ata nakakamove on."Speed laugh playfully.

"Move on my ass!"sabay irap ko at nagpaalam na din na mauuna na.

"Over here!"It was Aaron. Nasa isang VIP table. Nangunot ang noo ko ng mahagip ko pa ng tingin si Gregory sa kabilang table lang. Akala ko nung una guni-guni lang pero nang tuluyan na kong makalapit kay Aaron ay nakumpirma kong si Gregory nga. He's talking to a woman, she looks like a model. Mga klase ng tipo niya.

"I hope you're comfortable. Nakalimutan ko magpareserve dito e. Ito na lang ang bakanteng natira."agad na paliwanag ni Aaron ng makaupo ako.

"It's fine. Thanks."when he offered me the seat. Tumango siya at naupo na din sa kaharap ko.

He raised his hand and a waiter immediately come to our table.

"So how's the meeting? I heard from your manager that you're going to compete next month. I'll make sure I'll be there. I'm gonna cheer my girl."

Gregory glanced at our table as if he's eavesdropping or something. Napansin ko naman ang babaeng kausap niya, she's talking about something but looks like Greg isn't listening at all.

"Whatever. At may kasalanan ka pa sakin. Why did you tell Vince?"tinaasan ko siya ng kilay.

He chuckled playfully."Well I was hoping he can help me to convince you. Mukhang effective naman."

"You will never stop e?"

"No. Hanggang hindi ka bumabalik, Raze. And I'm glad you're back. May pawelcome party ba sayo ang team mo? Are you not gonna invite me?"he wiggled his eyebrows.

"Hmm. Busy pa. Siguro sa susunod and I'm sure kahit hindi ka imbitahan pupunta ka after all you're a gate crasher."I smirked at him.

He pouted and acted as if he was hurt."You're such a mean, Raze. Don't you miss me?"

Umiling ako."Tahimik ang buhay ko bago ka pa sumulpot kaya hindi kita namiss."

"Fine. Iba na lang nga ang pag-usapan natin nasasaktan mo na ang feelings ko  e."he laugh jokingly.

"I'd rather have my lunch than to talk to you, Aaron."I said with a straight face. Akala ko ay maooffend siya pero tinawanan lang ako. He really know me better.

"Kunyare ka pa. Alam ko namang miss mo ko e. Nalipat ko na pala sa condo ang mga gamit mo. Doon ka na muna tumuloy pansamantala. You sold your condo right? At hindi ka naman tumutuloy sa bahay niyo. So I guess..."

"Do you want us to be the headline of a news? I know you like me that much pero wag mo naman akong pikutin."pabirong sabi ko at natawa na din.

"Wait! Greg!"I heard his date called him parang natararanta pa nang lingunin ko ang table nila ay nakita kong papaalis na si Greg at hinabol naman siya ng babae. Napakunot ang noo ko sa nakita.

"Nagselos iyon."Aaron laughed.

Binalingan ko si Aaron."Oh come on!"I groaned in annoyance."He can die in jealousy."I rolled my eyes.

"Are you and Gregory still talking to each other? Kamusta naman ang relasyon niyo sa team? After you two broke up?"

Inaasahan ko na mauungkat ang tungkol saamin ni Gregory sa presscon. Lalo na at naging matagal ding usap-usapan iyon at ngayon na nagbalik na ako siguradong hindi ako tatantanan ng mga reporter hanggang hindi ko nasasagot iyon.

"We're good. It's all in the past now. Noon pa man it was never serious so..."I trailed off."But we're both professionals kaya hindi makakaapekto ang kung ano man ang nakaraan namin ni Greg."I smiled at them.

"But have you two talked about it?"bumaling ako sa isang reporter na nagtanong.

"Yes. Before the presscon I met them and my boss."I answered carefully.

"Marami ang nanghinayang sa relasyon niyo, Raze. You two are such a lovely couple."

"Well that's life!"I winked.

After ng presscon ay dumiretso agad ako sa race trak. Speed and the rest are already there.

They grinned at me when they see me approaching them.

"I've watched your presscon."Speed said.

"Really. Okay kayo ni Greg? Hindi nga kayo naguusap simula ng bumalik ka e."tumatawang sabi ni Aries.

"Well I just follow my manager's instruction. At magiging issue lang kung sasabihin ko ang totoo. And it doesn't matter anyway since after my game doon na mababaling ang atensyon ng press."kibit-balikat na paliwanag ko. Nilingon ko si Greg."I hope you're good with it, Greg?"

"Yeah."he shrugged his shoulders. Pero nanatili pa din saakin ang tingin.

"What?"I asked him.

Naghahanda na ang ibang team namin sa practice.

Umawang ang bibig niya pero sa huli ay umiling na lang.

What is his problem?
