I nervously bite my lip while slowly making my way to Antonio's car. Why did he have to fetch me? Why couldn't it have been one of the twins? You must be wondering why I'm so scared... Well, I may or may not have broken a nose today.

I slowly enter his Tesla, and take a deep breath. "It wasn't my fault!" I quickly say, and he gives me a look.

"What isn't?" I point outside to the guy who was holding a tissue to his nose. Antonio sighs wearily. "What happened?"

"Well, my design was better than Stella's, and she had a whole hissy fit about it. She thought it would be great to go cry to her boyfriend about it, and he came up to me. Long story short, I punched him."

"Did you throw the first punch?" I shake my head.

"You know in the movies, when a guy is all intimidating, trying to corner someone into the wall and whisper something threatening into their ear? He pushed me into a wall, but didn't reach my ear before I punched him." Now Antonio looks angry. Let's just say my brothers don't like people touching me. "Don't worry, I broke his nose, you don't need to do anything." Him leading the mafia, means that he could have this guy dead.

There is a long silence, before Antonio speaks.

"We have a stop to make." I look up with hopeful eyes.

"Doughnuts?" He shakes his head, and I see a small smile playing on his lips.

"I have a quick meeting with Alexander Adornetto." I've heard of the guy. He's leader of one of the Italian mafias here in New York. It's just as powerful as Nick and Antonio's. He goes by the name Ace.

I've never actually met the guy, but Emmy has, because she's old enough to go to the mafia ball. I'm twenty now, which means so am I. Well, I was old enough two years ago, but I got really sick, and Antonio told me to stay home with Gio.

Last year, it was held on my niece, Arabella's birthday, and as mafia don and queen, Emmy and Nick had to attend. As much as I've always wanted to go, I offered to babysit her instead. I love that kid and her brother, Alessandro. Bella is now almost four, and Alessandro is nearly three.

"Can I hang out with Trevor if he isn't busy?" I ask Antonio. Trevor is my dance partner and best friend. Well, other than Emmy.

"As long as he isn't busy." He replies, and I quickly text him, asking if he's busy.

Me: Are you busy?

Trevor: Nope, just finished up.

Me: I'll be there in a couple of minutes.

Trevor: Here? Why are you coming here?!

He's honestly just like my brothers.

Me: Antonio has a meeting with your boss.

"We're here. Stay with Trevor." Antonio warns, and I get out of the car. "What are you wearing?" He asks narrowed eyes. I look down at my skater skirt which I made myself.

"Oh, we had to present our designs to the class, and I didn't have time to change out of mine." Antonio sighs and leaves without another word. Rolling my eyes, I walk into the building. Why is he using a warehouse?

"He bought it a couple of days ago for the week while he has guests." I whip my head around with a huge grin on my face.

"Trevor!" I squeal, running up to him.

"What's up, peaches." I give him a huge hug, and explain what happened.

"There's my strawberry!" I smile again, and hug Jake, Trevor's boyfriend. "Did you guys see this?" He hands me the newspaper, and on the front page is a huge picture of Trevor and I. The dancing stars of New York bring home another prize!

"Damn, they got me in a bad angle." Trevor whines.

"They got me in the perfect angle." I gloat, making him scowl. We joke around for a bit, until Antonio walks out of the building.

"Trevor, I need you to train the new recruits." I deep voice says, making me look up. When I see where it came from, my breath hitches. There next to Antonio, stands the most gorgeous man I've ever seen. He has jet black hair, and deep cerulean eyes. He's probably about 6'4, and towers over my 5'3 frame.

"Close your mouth strawberry. You don't want to catch flies." Jake murmurs while the attention is still on Trevor. Mr gorgeous over there still hasn't seen me. Snapping out of my daze, I smirk.

"Damn bro, you can train others?" Trevor scowls, but then turns it into a smile.

"Well, I learn from the best." He sends me a wink, and I place my hand over my heart.

"Aww, thanks buddy." I give him a kiss on the cheek and do the same for Jake, before they walk off. Ace finally looks at me, and I see him taking a double take.

"Ace, this is my younger sister, Sofia. Sofie, this is Ace." Antonio introduces. Ace sticks out his hand without taking his eyes off me, and I take it, noticing how tingles go up my arm."

"Nice to meet you." I say.

"Likewise." He replies. "How do know Trevor and Jake?"

"Trevor's my best friend." I say, taking my hand back. He nods his head slowly.

"I think I left my file in your office. I'll be right back. Don't move." Antonio directs the last part at me, and I do a mock salute.

"Si Capo." I say. Once he's gone, Ace turns to me.

"How old are you?" He seems... Hopeful? I must be imagining it.

"Twenty." I reply, looking through the window to see Trevor training a guy. Trevor dodges his punch, and uppercuts him. I grin. I taught him that.

"You know he's gay right?" Ace says, and my mouth hangs open.

"You think I have feelings for him? My best friend? I taught him that move, which is my I'm grinning, you chicken nugget!" I say, scowling at him. He lifts his hands up in defence.

"You taught him that?" I narrow my eyes at him.

"Yes. Is there a problem?" He shakes his head, but I see that he doesn't believe me. I really want to wipe the damn smirk off his face, but that would probably be 'frowned upon' by my brothers. Especially after what happened today.

Ace runs a hand through his hair, and I admire how the muscles in his biceps bulge with the movement.

"Take a picture, sweets, it'll last longer." I was brought out of my haze by his stupid smirk, that I wanted to, now more than ever, wipe off his face. I knew that if I stayed here a second longer, I would probably punch him.

"It was nice meeting you, Mr Adornetto." I grit. I watch his smirk leave his stupidly gorgeous face, and I go to the passenger side of car, getting in and plugging in my earphones. I close my eyes, and eventually.
