Chapter 12: Court

Chapter 12
*Andy's P.O.V*
Today is a week before we go on tour. Juliet kept telling me to ask Brianna if she wanted to go on tour with us or to stay home with Juliet, Sammi, Ella, and Lauren. Ashley and Kina broke up a few months ago. Ash found out that she was cheating on him and he was heart broken but now that Ash is back everyone is excited for tour. Juliet takes me upstairs to Brianna's room and we are about to ask her if she wanted to come on tour or not when the doorbell rang. Everyone looked at each other and I walked down to open the door and there stood Kody and a lawyer. The lawyer named Rob according to his name tag. Said "is a Andrew Biersack here?" I nod yes and say "that would be me" he goes into his case and takes out some paper and hands it to me. With that he says "We hope to see you and your daughter at court in 2weeks." I stand there shocked as they walk away. I look at the guys and say "that did not just happen?!"

*Ashley's P.O.V*
"Wait Kody is taking you and Brianna to court!?" I say. What the hell is this all of this is suppose to be the other way around. We are the ones taking Kody to court not him taking us to court. I take the papers and read it. "It says here that he is taking you guys to court in 5days for abuse." As I finish reading that Brianna comes down stairs. We all look at her as she says "you have to be fucking kidding me he thinks he can take us to court in fucking 5days for a load of bullshit!" I look at her and give her a calm the fuck down look. She takes a deep breath and says "what are we gonna do now guys?" Next thing you know Jon is in the living room with us. "Don't worry I already got you guys a lawyer he just needs to ask Bri some questions. I found out he was doing this about a week ago so I did the best I could." He says than the lawyer walks in. Brianna says "what would you like to ask me?" The lawyer who's name is Chris asked if they could go upstairs and talk. I get a bad feeling as Brianna leads him upstairs. I swear if he lays a hand on her I'm gonna be pissed and kill this lawyer. CC sees me with a pissed look and says "awww is Ashley jelly cuz Brianna took a guy upstairs that isn't you?" I grab the pillow next to me and throw it right at CC's face. "Shut the fuck up CC!" Everyone laughs as I cross my arms and give them all death stares. Yeah yeah yeah I know Brianna is 15 and Andy's little sister but I really do love her and I don't know what I would do if she dated a guy that wasn't be. When she dated Kody I was so pissed and wished 24/7 that it was me she would go see or cuddle with as we all watched movies on the couch. I bet Brianna would never even like me let alone date me. She probably thinks I'm a manwhore or something. "Yo Ashley you okay?" Andy says as I wasn't even paying attention to them talking about the tour. "Oh yeah sorry I'm fine Andy just a bit out of it I guess."

*Brianna's P.O.V*
I take Chris upstairs to my room I sit at my computer desk as he sits on my couch in my room. I answer all his questions about Kody and my relationship and how and when he would hit me what he would hit me with. I watched as he took a bunch of notes on what I was saying. I than get sided tracked as I think about the look on Ashley's face when I brought Chris up here. Was he jealous? Was he trying to be protective like always? Was he heart broken? What the hell am I saying there would never ever be a chance in fucking hell that he would ever date me or even like me. Chris than says "well I think that is it. I'm positive we will win this case. Oh and can you have one of the people that you live with take pictures of the marks that were left?" I tell him "sure I also have ones that were taken the days he hit me if you would like me to send those to you." Chris says "that would be great thanks." I smile and walk him back downstairs everyone looks at us except Ashley he is looking down at the ground. Chris and Jon than both leave. After Chris is gone Ash looks happy hmmm maybe he was jealous. Oh who am I kidding Ashley Purdy liking me no way in hell he would never all he sees me as is Andy's 15year old little sister. Ugh why is love so complicated! I than tell Andy about the picture thing. He nods as he is concentrating on making a big breakfast like mom and dad use to do for us every Saturday. Before I walk out of the kitchen Andy asks me if I wanna go on tour with them or stay with Sammi, Ella, Juliet, and Lauren. I tell him I would love to go on tour with him and the guys he smiles and says "okay we leave a week from today." I skip up to my room happily and Skype Korey Luke and Adam. I laugh at there stupidness and their stupid jokes and than I tell them I will be leaving to tour with Andy and the guys next week they get super excited and tell me to have fun. We than all say good bye as we all had to go eat breakfast. I walk down stairs and see all my favorite foods. I laugh as I see pancakes that are in the shape of the batman symbol. I look at Andy and say "are you trying to get me fat?" Andy laughs and says "well your a twig so my answer is yes a bit." I sit next to Ashley and CC gives Ash a look than Ash gives him a death stare. What is wrong with these people there so weird but I love them to death so you do gotta love them.

5 days later
*Brianna's P.O.V*
So today is court and two days from now we go on tour. I'm super scared about this. We all get dressed and look our best for court. When we get there I'm practically shaking. Ash takes me hand and tells me to calm down and how everything will be okay and how they would all be right there if anything happened. I smile and hug him. We than all enter the court room.

*Ashley's P.O.V*
I look at Brianna as she is shaking so much and Chris is trying to calm he down but it won't work. Andy and I have noticed that recently I am the only one that can actually calm Brianna down. After long long court the judge comes back and tells us that he has a decision. Brianna starts to shake all over again. He says "I have ruled that Ms. Biersack and Chris have won this case. For Kody you must go to rehab and have 5,000hrs of community service and must spend 3months in jail for DUI (drinking under influence) and abuse." We all walk out of the court room and Brianna let's out her excite meant. She hugs Andy and says "OMG we won the case!" Andy laughs and says "yes I know I was there. I think we should all celebrate with some lunch." Brianna nods her head yes and than hugs me. I tell her "I told you everything would be okay." She smiles at me as we all get in the car to go to lunch.
