(Alright guys, since I have the end of this book planned out, I need to know which book you would want me to write next. I have possible books in my bio, so comment here or on my profile on which one you would like to see. Thanks!!!)

I make it up to the recording room in just enough time. Once I'm up their, I head over to my chair, trying to slow my breathing and sit down. I honestly just want to get this meeting over with so I can work on music and forget everything for a while. A knock on the door to my studio interrupts my thoughts.

I wave the person in and stand up to greet him.

      "Hi."

"Good morning Y/N," the man greets with a smile. "I'm here on behalf of the company."

I nod in acknowledgement. "Not to sound rude, but can I ask why you are here this morning?"

"Oh," he hums. "I completely forgot that no one contacted you before hand. He company has decided to ask you if you would like to be officially employed as a producer for KQ?"

"I'd love to," I agree happily, before pausing. "Would I have to stop my YouTube channel or anything like that?"

The man shakes his head quickly. "Not at all. In fact, it would actually be good publicity to have someone so well liked, such as yourself, working for us and still doing your other stuff."

"Okay that's great!"

"So, do you want the job?"

"I would," I hum, nodding my head.

The man stands up, holding out his hand for me to shake. "Then it's settled. I'll leave you to work now."

"Goodbye."

I sigh, falling back in my chair once the man leaves.

From Seonghwa:

How'd the meeting go darling?

To Seonghwa:

Good. They offered me a job and I took it!

From Seonghwa:

That's great! Are you going to head home now?

To Seonghwa:

Not yet, I'm going to work on some stuff before I head back.

From Seonghwa:

Alright. Just be carefully heading back. I'll leave you to it now.

I turn my phone's sound off and set it aside on my desk. I switch into my working headspace, if you can call it that, and slip my headphones on to listen to some of the music pieces of my songs. I spend the next three hours working on a song I had written when I was a young teen, deciding to edit it and actually make it sound like a song. The author can attest to this, all the songs I wrote when I was young were shit.

Anyways, after three hours, I finished the lyrics and began to record it.

In the light of the sun, is there anyone?
Oh it has begun
Oh dear you look so lost, eyes are red and tears are shed
This world you must've crossed
You said

You don't know me, you don't even care, oh yeah
And you said
You don't know me, and you don't wear my chains... oh yeah

Essential yet appealed
Carry all your thoughts
Across an open field
When flowers gaze at you
They're not the only ones
Who cry when they see you
Oh, you said

You don't know me, you don't even care, oh yeah
Well you said
You don't know me, and you don't wear my chains... oh yeah

She said I think I'll go to Boston
I think I'll start a new life
I think I'll start it over, where no one knows my name
I'll get out of California, I'm tired of the weather
I think I'll get a lover and fly him out to Spain
Oh yeah and I think I'll go to Boston
I think that I'm just tired
I think I need a new town, to leave this all behind
I think I need a sunrise, I'm tired of the sunset
I hear it's nice in the summer, some snow would be nice
Oh yeah

You don't know me, and you don't even care, oh yeah

Boston
Where no one knows my name
Where no one knows my name
Where no one knows my name, yeah
Boston
Where no one knows my name

(Time for another round of guess the song. Who sings this and what is the name of the song? Whoever gets it right first gets either a shout out in this book, or gets a character named after them that pops up in the story!)

For the second fucking time this morning, a knock breaks me from my thoughts. I take my headphones off and turn to see Lukas entering the room.

"Hey," he mutters with an awkward wave, shuffling into the room.

"Hi," I greet him with a smile. "What's up?"

He sits down in a chair across from me, looking small. "I uh, just wanted to make sure that I didn't hit a nerve or anything down in the cafe."

I cock my head to the side in confusion, trying to remember what we had talked about. "Hit a nerve?"

"You know," he begins, nervously. "With the things I said about your whole soulmate dilemma thingy."

"Oh," I trail off, looking away from him. "That. No it was fine."

"I didn't mean to sound condescending about your situation or anything," Lukas rushes out. "I just am worried about you."

"Worried about me?"

He nods quickly with a small, tight lipped smile. "Yeah. Since they cheated so many times, I'm worried they maybe aren't going to stay like they are now. I'd hate to see you having to go through that shit again."

They may not stay...

I pause, opening and closing my mouth trying to find a response.

"And I know it's not really any of my business," he continues hastily. "But like, if they were so prone to cheating before, what's going to stop that urge from coming back now?"

What IS stopping them now?

He pauses and looks over at me. My eyes are blown wide, now staring down directly at my knee and wringing my hands together nervously.

"But I'm sure they won't do that again," Lukas finishes finally. "I mean, you guys seem happy right now."

Right now?

"I uh," I sitter over what I was planning on saying, losing my words. "Uh, I should probably take these points into c-consideration I guess."

He shakes his head rapidly, holding his hands up. "No no, I'm probably completely wrong! Honestly, my brain just is worried is all."

"Okay."

I look at the time on my phone, seeing that it's close to time for dinner. "I should probably head back to where I'm staying now. It was nice talking with you today."

I rush to pick everything up and put it away. Once I'm done, I grab my stuff and race passed Lukas and out the door of my studio. When I reach the dorm, I open the door slowly and enter quietly.

"Hiya baby!" Yunho exclaims happily, coming over to hug me.

I give him a slight smile, then push away from him, moving to go sit on a chair away from the others.
