Chapter 21

Dally: Hey Crystal

Sam: Hey we made it safe

Jughead: So Cheryl picked ya up huh?

Cheryl: Is that Jughead? Tell him and my cousin that you're in good hands

Jughead: I heard her, just be careful ok

Sam: We will, where's my brothers?

Dally: Darry! Ponyboy get your asses over here!

Sam: Hey!

Darry: Hey little sis how are you?

Sam: I'm ok, I miss you guys

Ponyboy: We miss you too!

Sam: Anything about Matt?

Dally: Not yet but hopefully soon

Cheryl: Ok get out, your other ride will get you guys

We got out in front of a diner, "see you later Sam, FP will get you" Toni said then Cheryl stepped on the gas and left. We went inside with our things and sat at a booth, I guess we can eat since we're here. We were still talking to everyone on FaceTime, then Jughead took the phone.

Jughead: Are you at Pop's?

Sam: I think so

Jughead: Get the burger and milkshake they are the best!

Kevin: Are you talking to Jughead?

Sam: Yes who are you?

Jughead: That would be Kevin

Kevin: i'm their friend Kevin, and your names?

Sam: I'm Sam and this is my twin brother Sodapop

Kevin: Cool, hey Pop's can we get 3 milkshakes and 3 burgers

Pop's: Jughead's special, ok it will be done soon

Kevin: Thanks

After awhile we became friends with Kevin, he seemed pretty cool. We had to tell him why we were here in the first place, but he was really sweet and caring about it. Our food finally came, me and Soda scarfed down everything. We were pretty hungry, "damn that's how Jughead eats" we all laughed then some guy walked in. "I'm looking for Sam and Sodapop"

Sam: I'm Sam

FP: Hi I'm FP, Jughead's dad

Soda: It's nice to meet you sir

Kevin: Hey FP have you heard from Fangs?

FP: Not yet Kevin

Sam: Mr. Jones, Jughead said there's a hide out place for us to stay at

FP: Please call me FP, and yes but the bunker seems too small so you can stay at my house

Sam: Thank you for helping us

FP: It's no problem, it's what serpents do

We said bye to Kevin and got in the car with FP. We pull up to this nice house, both mine and Soda's mouth dropped. We grabbed our things and walked into the house, "Alice, Jellybean are you here?" No one answered him. He showed us our room and I got a weird out feeling in my stomach, "if it's ok with you I would like to share a room with my sister, she kind of needs me" "sure, whatever make you feel comfortable"

He showed us to our room and we put our things away. We went downstairs to watch for little bit. "I'll see you kids later, I'm going back to work, my number is on the fridge if you need anything" "thank you FP" he left the house and we turned on the tv, I laid my head onto Soda. There was a knock on the door and I jumped in fear "it's ok Sam"

Soda: Hi can I help you?

Sweet pea: Is FP here?

Soda: You just missed him, he left to go back to work

Sweet pea: Thanks, who are you?

Sam: Toni had us come come here, we're friends with Jughead

Sweet pea: So you must be Sam and Sodapop

Sam: Yeah

Sweet pea: you can come with us, it's safer

I gave Soda an unsure look but he was starting walk out the door. I followed Soda and we left, I was confused and scared that he might do something "this is the Whyte Wyrm, this is where we hangout" Me and Soda played pool and hung out with the serpents. It was nice, it felt like home but it wasn't. I looked at my phone and Dally was calling me, i smiles and picked up.

Sam: Hey Dal missed me already?

Dally: I missed you since you got on that plane

Sam: This place isn't so bad, although it's not home

Soda: Hey Dally!

Dally: Hey man

Sam: Can I talk to Dally?

Soda: Fine *rolled his eyes*

I walked outside to talk to Dally, man I miss him so much. He may be far away but he can always make me smile. "I have to go Crystal, I'll call you later" "ok, bye Dal" "hey don't be sad, I promise love" I hung up the phone and went back inside.

Soda: You ok?

Sam: I will be, they still haven't caught him yet

Soda: They will, don't worry too much about it

Sam: Soda?

Soda: Yeah

Sam: Thanks for coming here with me

Soda: You really think I was gonna let you go alone? You're my sis

Later that day Kevin came in with FP and a few other people. I said hi to Kevin and we hung out for a little, I walked up to the bar to get a drink. Someone was trying to hit on me, he was touching my leg. This time I wasn't going to just sit there. I picked him up and threw him to the ground and took my switch blade out.

Sam: Don't you ever touch me again, or I will end you

FP: What's the problem Sam?

Sam: This scum was touching my leg inappropriately, I'm teaching him a lesson

FP: Ok

Unknown: Really FP you're not gonna stop her

Sam: Listen I'm a greaser, I don't take shit from anyone. Don't touch me, don't look at me, and if I catch you tryin' you're dead

I got up and walked over to Soda, I put my blade away and played some pool. "You seem to fit in here pretty well Sam" FP said patting me on the back. Jughead was right I could be a serpent. 

A few weeks later we were still in Riverdale. Soda and I started getting used to this place, it was a small town like ours. The best thing is that we don't get jumped by Soc's.
