It's Sunday and nandito ako sa hospital ngayon para sa isasagawa na operasyon maya-mayang 11am, since 10:30 na ay naghanda na ako agad para sa gagawing surgery. It's a surgery for a child who have hernias.

( A hernia occurs when an organ pushes through an opening in the muscle or tissue that holds it in place. For example, the intestines may break through a weakened area in the abdominal wall. Many hernias occur in the abdomen between your chest and hips, but they can also appear in the upper thigh and groin areas. )

We found that the lump disappears when he's lying down. The child's more likely to feel his hernia through touch when he's usually standing up, bending down, or coughing. So we suggested to operate it as soon as possible. 

I'm on my way to the Operating Room while ficing my surgical cap and surgical mask when i felt my phone vibrated. Nakito ko ang pangalan ni Trevin sa screen ng phone ko. Bnnuksan ko iyon at nakita ang text niya.

from Dr. Verdejo : I just heard that my girlfriend , who's a pediatric surgeon is going to perform a surgery. 

to Dr. Verdejo : Yeah, your pediatric surgeon is sad 'cause she's not partnered with Dr. Verdejo.

Hindi ko na inantay ang reply niya dahil kailangan ko ng hugasan ang kamay ko. Habang naghuhugas sa kamay ay biglang pumasok sa isip ko ang pangalan ni Trevin sa contacts ko, i'll change it later after ng surgery. 

The assistant nurse helped me to put on my medical protective clothing while i put on my gloves. As the surgery started , i pray to God for this surgery to go well.

During open surgery, I makes an incision close to the site of the hernia, and then pushes the bulging tissue back into the abdomen. My partner sew the area shut then reinforce it with surgical mesh. After 2 hours of operating  we finally closed the incision, a move that's saying our surgery went well.

"Good work." i said to my partner.

"Yes, Dra. Good work too." my partner answered. 

After the surgery ay pumunta na ako papuntang office para magpahinga before ako magrounds sa mga patients ko na nakaconfine. I opened the door and saw Trevin lying down on the mini couch. He's playing with his phone and didn't even say hi to me. I grabbed the throwpillow atsaka binato iyon sakto sa face niya.

"Hoy impakto! nandito ka na naman." i yelled at him. I saw him flinch because of what i did.

"I'm not gonna ask if the surgery went well, 'cause i trust you hon." he said before winking at me.

"Gross." i rolled my eyes at him because he winked at me, yuck pero kilig lol.

I removed my clothes even if he's just there on the couch. He take a glimpse of me and smiled. He's a fucking pervert hahahha, cute. I changed my clothes to a simple white halter neck top tucked in a brick pink cropped pants partnered with my brown court shoes.
