I was playing laser tag, but I couldn't score a point. There was this girl. She would always pop up and shoot me. She was so cute I wouldn't even aim at her.
"Good luck, next round." The girl says.
"That's just mean." I say.
She giggles and I smile.
"If you hit me, I'll give you my number." She says walking away.
"Alright." I say.
Damn, she's cute.
Next round...
I hid behind a stack of boxes until I felt a tap on my shoulder.
"Damn it." I say.
She runs away and I follow her.
"You must really want those digits." The girl says.
"You are a beautiful girl." I say.
She giggles and I shoot her before the time stops.
"Don't forget the area code." I say.
She high-fives me and takes out a marker.
"You're not getting my number just yet." She says.
She writes her Instagram account on my arm and I smile. She walks away and I sigh.
"Wait, what's your name?" I ask.
"D'Amelio." She says.
"Y/N is in love." Tyler says.
"What should their ship name be?" Hannah, my sister, asks.
"It should be (your ship name)." Caden says.
"How do you know her name?" I ask.
"She's famous. Have you never heard of Charli D'Amelio?" Hannah says.
"No." I say.
"Dixie D'Amelio?" Caden asks.
"No." I say.
"The D'Amelio sisters?" Tyler asks.
"No." I say.
"We need to educate you." Hannah says.
I see Charli (i guess that's her name) wink at me and I smile.
"Cupid has struck you with an arrow." Tyler says pushing out the door.

"She's probably busy right now." I say.
"It's been 2 days." She says.
"I haven't talked to her, but I can tell she doesn't want to hurt you and that she likes you. She embarrassed herself in front of her by not shooting you. They laughed at her, but she was smiling." I say.
