I see a girl looking for a book and my dad taps me on the shoulder.

"Hmm?" I ask.

"Go help her." Mom says.

"I'm not getting paid for this shit." I say.

"Please?" She asks.

I sigh and go to the girl.

"Do you need any help?" I ask.

"I'll figure it out." She says.

"It's fine. What do you need?" I ask.

"I'm trying to find a book about the Declaration of Independence." She says.

"Follow me." I say.

She nods her head and follows me.

"Everything on this shelf is on the Declaration of Independence." I say.

"Thank you." She says.

"No problem." I say.

I walk away and go back to my mom.

"I know that look." Mom says.

"What look?" I ask.

"The smirk you have when you think a girl is cute." She says.

"She is." I say.

"Talk to her." She says.

I shrug my shoulders and he smiles. The girl walks up to me and hands a book to me. I scan her library card then give it back.

Her name is Charli D'Amelio.

"Thank you... Y/n." The girl says.

I give the book to her and I feel something on my hand. She winks at me leaves.

"Why didn't you get her number?" Mom asks.

"She gave it to me." I say holding up a piece of paper.

She nods his head and I unfold the paper.

"You're cute. You're cuter than Dunkin. I'll explain it later. I want to go on a date with you. Call me. (666)-666-6660." I read.

I love Dunkin. She's perfect.

Time Skip

"Where are we going?" Charli asks.

"It's a surprise." I say.

"Ugh." She says.

10 minutes later...

"Is this a big deal?" Charli asks.

"Yes." I say holding the door open for her.

"Ooh. Film for my YouTube channel." She says handing me a camera.

"Sure." I say.

I lead her to a door and stop.

"Take a deep breath before you open it." I say.

She nods her head and takes a deep breath. I press the record button and she opens the door.

She looks up and starts crying.

"Oh my god." She says hugging me.
