At the back of the center in the Sensei's office, poor Tommy was once again regulated to self-regulated penance on behalf of his own actions. It was one thing to be sent there to be scolded but it was worse than before; the requirements to stay apart of this center were made painful clear to him days ago and despite his damnedest of efforts, he just couldn't hold up his end of the bargain.

Now he needed to face the consequences of his actions.

"Thomas....from what your Principal told me, this was the last last straw."

"They were picking on another kid Sensei. What was I supposed to do: just let it happen?"

"Absolutely not.....I appreciate you standing up to and for others. But you could've killed them. Both of them. I told you this center doesn't tolerate these extreme acts of violence and the severe lack of self-control you display. I can't cover for you this time."

Once more, his hands covered the back of his head in anguish and frustration. He brought this on himself; when he's triggered, it is so very hard to have self control. He was doing the actions, it is his behaviour but it's as if the gas peddle got stuck down and in that acceleration, in that momentum, the steering wheel gets all jammed up too. It's all fight or flight and it's so disappointingly primitive that Tommy couldn't override it.

Sensei Watanabe had a fair knowledgeable share in this episodic debacle for longer than he should've allowed. Self control was a master key in this karate center; once you have it, the doors to so many personal victories open.

Why Tommy struggled contrasted differently from how, in regards to the fact that there could've been blood on his hands at this moment. "So that's it? I've been coming here for three years and no sendoff? No fanfare? Just send me on my way?"

"It's always the HOW, Tommy. Not the what", Sensei felt obligated to speak out. "Part of me can't help but ponder if you actually like to inflict pain. Whether or not you actually cared about causing suffering or actively enjoy it......I'm really sorry, Thomas."

Tommy could only nod at his now former master. "Not as sorry as I am."

Shrugging off his backpack from the chair, he snatches out his karate robe and belt all folded up and just slams it on the desk. The former student and master exchanged glances of confusion and disappointment for what had happened, both of which knew was the latter's own doing.

Finally, Tommy pulled his backpack on and finally took his leave, feeling defeated and frustrated with himself.

Minutes pass before Kimberly walks out of the girls restroom replenished and semi-restored. Turns out drinking too much water does make you susceptible to peeing faster and a lot more often; a common practice that she herself realized she overlooked. No matter.

In she walked, scouting the area with another pair of karate students bowing in and ready to do battle and Jason and Trini missing. Whether a phone call or heading to the restrooms themselves, their disappearance didn't bother her as much, knowing that they'd be back eventually. The bar was Kims destination for the time being.....but first, a quick item from her purse.

Unfortunately, she misjudged how slippery her hands still were after washing them and her phone slipped through her fingers. Milliseconds pass as she reached down to catch it; luckily it stopped for her.....thanks to someone being a little more cautious of his surroundings and grabbing it just in time.

He was quick to hand it back before zooming past her.

"Thanks—"

"You're welcome."
