I hope that I don't fall in love with you. You're not capable of loving another. Your dog, sure. Maybe your Ma, but no one else.
It's not easy. The not falling in love. For me, it happens fast. Hits me like a brick wall. Knocks me on my ass. Makes it hard to breath.
That manic panic is so intoxicating. A drug, really. My entire body buzzing with anticipation.
But still I know this love is unrequited. You warned me. I'm doing this to myself.
This bullet to my heart is my own doing.
You warned me.
