Okay... I haven't touched this book in like almost two years, and I started it probably about two years ago. I've been looking through and just- God I was just a baby when I wrote this (I was 13-14 but whatever I was still a baby)

In case you didn't know, quick life update: I'm nonbinary and also named Tines now, not Mason anymore. I have officially come out to my family, and they're fully accepting and honestly my mom says the hardest part is me changing my name every like week or two

But anyways, the part you've all been waiting for:

I'm gonna be remaking this, like, entire book and also the second book. I'll still keep the old chapters up, but new chapters will come up after this note

I was, originally, planning on doing a rewrite one-shot but I lost motivation for that like the day I started writing it, but now because of nostalgia and shit I'm planning on like remaking the chapters

So basically what's gonna happen is:

Old chapters
Notes
New chapters

And that's it. The old chapters will still stay up

Anyways, there'll probably be some pretty big changes, since I've had like two years to develop my writing and stuff, but it'll still have the same, like, premises

I'm not sure how often chapters will come out, but I'm hoping to finish both this and P1&2 before Halloween because I have something planned for on Halloween

Update 10/17: okay, so... yeah this is not gonna be finished by Halloween. Maybe Christmas, but that might be stretching it. Anyways, I changed my name again a couple months ago not too long after I published this A/N, but my name is now Ash and I'm pretty sure that's what I'm sticking with!

It's currently 1:15 as I write this... 1:15am... so like...

Anyways, the rewrite won't be finished before Halloween, and definitely not the second book's rewrite (I might not even rewrite the second book, I might just make an epilogue), and I say it might be stretching it to hope it comes out before Christmas because I'm gonna be participating in NaNoWriMo!

Before you get excited about literally anything, no it won't be related to this book, I'm actually hoping to write all 50k words to be part of an original story, one I've had in development for quite a while now and am honestly really excited to, like, fully work on. I haven't honestly had the chance to write it yet because I've been working on my fanfics so much, but I'm hoping that NaNoWriMo will allow me to take a break from working on all of those and put some real effort into that

Anyways, that's really all I have to say for now, so... bye I guess
