Riley's POV
Riley began to back herself up against her bed, as if the picture of Eli would come to life and try to tear her to shreds.
"No. No, no, no, n-n-n-n-n-n-no. What am I supposed to do guys?" Riley felt little slug feet climb up her arms as she waited patiently for their consulting.
They all chirped. Riley cocked her head to the side. "What?"
Her slugs just shook their heads sadly. Her Tazerling found a piece of paper and drew on it. After it finished, it showed Riley. Her eyes popped out of her head.
"No. I'm not gonna say it. Not gonna say anything AT ALL in fact. You just don't say those kinda-"
"Say what?" Eli's head appeared in her doorway. After a moment, Riley realized that Eli was in her room. She reached for her sketchbook and hugged it to her chest.
"Uh, you just don't say that someone's fat, right in front of their faces." Her Tazerling face palmed itself and walked away.
"Right," Eli drawled as he nodded. "Um, dinner's ready Riley."
"Oh okay." She tore the picture of Eli out of her sketchbook and crumpled it up as she walked alongside Eli.
"What are you doing?" Riley shrugged aa she let her slugs sit on her arms.
"Nothing. Just don't really like this drawing."
"Oh? And why is that?" Riley shrugged again and tossed it into the waste bin as she walked down the stairs.
"It just didn't seem to be what I wanted it to be."
"Oh-kay...?" As Riley walked away, Eli glanced back at the bin. Darn, she really crumpled it up.
"Come on Eli! Stop looking in the trash and eat!" Trixie enthusiastically waved him over and patted the spot beside her. Eli nodded and sat beside Trixie, the image of Riley crumpling up her work still fresh in his mind.

The Gang all ate to their hearts' content and just laid back to relax. It was nearly ten and most of them were sleepy.
Riley let out a yawn as she snuggled into the couch and lay her legs on top of Trixie's lap. Trixie yawned as well, the yawns seemingly contagious.
"Well, to ensure good health, Pronto is going to go and rest up first. Please do not disturb!" A silent murmur of agreement passed and Pronto marched off to his room.
"Yeah, well, I should be heading off too. I'm really tired. Night guys." The last three members of the Shane Gang all sat on the couches, tired and wasted.
"Hey Riley," Trixie mumbled.
"Hmm?"
"We need to *yawn* go and buy stuff."
"For what," Riley asked with her eyes closed.
"Yeah, for what?" Eli added.
"The Cotillion."
"The Cotillion? What, we just got the invite like today!"
"Yeah I know, but dresses somehow always sell out fast when the Cotillion is around. Most people like to get their clothes in advanced. So I *yawn* propose that we go on a shopping day tomorrow."
"Mhm," Riley mumbled as she got off of Trixie. "We'll see. I need to go to bed guys. *Yawn* good night." Eli and Trixie mumbled a good night back to Riley as she snail-paced her way up the stairs. As she entered her room, she closed the door and immediately made a beeline for her closet. She pulled out a hoodie and pulled it over her body.
