Quirk: Merman
Powers: It's an activation quirk so no he does not change into a merman as soon as he hits ocean water. His quirk allows him to grow gills on his right side of his chest so he can breathe air and water. (Picture above). Though if he is a human in water, if he kicks his feet like a merman would do then it acts as if he's wearing flippers so he's much faster and he's much stronger too. When he's in merman form he also has a slight version of echo location, more like he can sense whenever something is coming at him.
