I walked into the living room and found Mattia.

Mattia: I was looking for you where did you go?

Y/n: I-I

I couldn't speak I found out my parents are going to make me marry someone, and I have no idea who they are.

Mattia: Hey, hey, calm down lets go to the boys room really quick. Okay?

He put his arm around me and walked me to their room. He sat me down on Kairi's bed and kneeled in front of me. I broke down crying.

Mattia: Hey, baby whats wrong?

Y/n: L-Lexi told m-me that the a-announcement was that I-I'm getting married....

Mattia didn't look surprised.

Y/n: You knew?

Mattia: Yes my love I did. I know who too.

Y/n: Why didn't you tell me!?

Mattia: Because I don't think you'd be happy if I told you myself.

Y/n: But you still could have said something!

Mattia started getting mad at me. For what? He kept this from me!

Mattia: Please don't yell at me.

Y/n: Why?! You think I'm a little princess who knows nothing outside of my house and crys about everything!

Mattia: Stop...

He had his fists clenched and he wasn't looking at me anymore, but I don't care I'm mad he didn't tell me.

Y/n: Did you think you couldn't trust me?

Mattia: NO! Y/n! Stop! I didn't tell you because your mother threatened to take you away from me! I didn't tell you because I don't want to lose you! Why can't you see that?!

I'm shocked. I didn't realize that my mother would do something like that. I'm also shocked that Mattia yelled at me. No that he yelled. He never says anything when he is upset and when he does, its calm and controlled.

Y/n: Mattia... I'm sorry.

Mattia: Its okay. No one can think clearly when they are upset.

He gave me a small smile. I weakly smiled back. He kissed my forehead. He helped fix my makeup and we walked back down the stairs and more guest arrived. I stood by my mother and father until my mom said I could walk around. I found the boys and girls, and they all looked concerned.

Kairi: So how are you holding up?

Y/n: Its not easy but it'll have to work.

Lexi: Incoming.

I turned and saw Zach. He smiled and greeted everyone. Kairi was giving me a look. He pulled me aside.

Kairi: Soo you don't know who you are marring?

Y/n: No not, yet. Why?

Kairi: Cause your a little slow.

Y/n: What?

Kairi: Look at everyones clothing. Everyone but two people are wearing black.

Y/n: Oh my....

Mom: If you all could make your way to your assigned seats outside on the patio, I would appreciate it.

We made our way down and Mattia stood behind me, Kairi and Alejandro stood on each end of the table. I looked around and processed what Kairi said. I saw who was wearing red...

Zach...

My father began talking about his accomplishments during his "rein" of his mafia. He started talking about how its time for a fresh start. He continued but talked about the "blood alliance".

Father: I bet you are all curious about what my big announcement is. I am merging my empire and the Smith's empire through our children. A marriage alliance is in motion!

The entire room cheered. I looked at Zach and he looked shocked. I tried to hold back my tears.

Mr. Smith: I am honored in this alliance and honored to call y/n my daughter in-law.

Father: Likewise.

During the entire dinner Zach wouldn't stop staring, I didn't even have to look at him to notice.

Mr. Smith: I have an announcement as well. I have a new home already bought and furnished for Y/n and Zach after they marry.

Everyone cheered.

Mom: We appreciate your gift to my daughter and son in-law.

I felt a hand placed on my shoulder. It was Mattia. He leaned to my ear and whispered.

Mattia: I will be living with you and Zach. I will make sure of it. You won't be alone with him.

Y/n: Thank you.

Zach wouldn't stop staring. He was directly across from me. I heard Mattia back up and Zach's eyes followed. My father stood up.

Father: I am happy to announce that this marriage will be taking place at the Church, owned by the Smith's and Rio's, and the date is yet to be decided. All that are present at this dinner are welcome to our children's wedding.

I looked up at Lexi and she looked shocked, and guilty. After the dinner was over the party continued, celebrating mine and Zach's marriage. I walked around my house looking for Lexi. Emily stayed in the boy's room because my mother didn't want her at the party. I felt someone grab my arm. They pulled me away and into the guest bathroom. I saw who it was, Zach. I felt odly relieved it wasn't some creepy old man.

Zach: So.... we're getting married....

Y/n: And living together....

Zach: Look you are absolutely gorgeous, but you and Mattia are together.

Y/n: Oh no. Please don't ask us to split up. Or tell my mother.

Zach: Oh no, that's not what I was going to say. I wanted to say that I respect your relationship with Mattia. If we marry we do. But we can keep our relationships away from the marriage. We will be like roommates. Mattia is completely welcome to live with us if he doesn't trust me with you.

Y/n: Thank you so much Zach. I know Mattia will really appreciate your offer.

I gave him a tight hug and as soon as I pulled away the door burst open. It was Mattia.

Mattia: y/n!? Are you okay? Did he touch you?!

Y/n: Baby no. Its okay he wanted to tell me that he respects that you and I are together. And that be welcomes you in our shared home. He was telling me that he will keep our relationship a secret and away from the "marriage".

Mattia: That- That's weirdly kind of you Zach. Thanks...
