The Bodyguard

"What the hell?!"

I quickly said goodbye to Lexi and followed Mattia outside. Kairi and Alejandro were already here. We got in the car and started driving.

Y/n: So what else did she tell you?

Mattia: What? Oh I lied.

Y/n: What?!

Mattia: Yeah, I thought you would take forever so I decided to make it sound like there was an emergency.

Y/n: What the hell?! You scared the shit out of me!

???: That's smart but messed up.

Y/n: I'll get you back Mattia.

Mattia: I'd like to see you try.

???: Looks like you two got close.

Y/n: You could say that. I need to know. Which one is Kairi and which one is Alejandro?

The one driving said they're Alejandro and the one in the passenger seat is Kairi.

Y/n: Okay. Tomorrow I want to leave the house and take one of you with me.

Mattia: I'll go.

Y/n: No like one that I didn't just spend four hours with.

Mattia: ):

Y/n: Alejandro, are you down?

Ale: Yeah sure. As long as Mattia isn't going to be mad about it.

We got to my house and I was greeted by my mother. She had a bag that I assumed had a dress in it.

Mom: Here go pit this on and look presentable.

Y/n: Okay....?

I walked into my room and looked at the dress.

I put on the dress and put on makeup that matched the dress. My mom came into my room.

Mom: Hey, just to let you know this is a party I want one of the boys in the room with you at all times until dinner. Okay? I'll send in one of the guards to get you.

Y/n: Okay.

I curled my hair and there was a knock at my door.

Y/n: It's open.

The door opened and Mattia walked through.

Mattia: Your mom said to come bring you downstairs.

Y/n: Okay. Are you the one who is going to watch me all night?

He silently nodded. He is acting weird. I walked downstairs with Mattia following me. After a couple minutes Mattia disappeared. I guess he is keeping his distance. I was right I looked across the room to see him looking around the room. Our eyes met and he gave me a small smile.

My heart skipped a beat. I smiled back and I was pulled away by my mom.

Mom: Y/n there is someone I would like you to meet. Zachary, this is my daughter y/n.

Zack: Its a pleasure to meet you, y/n.

Y/n: The pleasure is all mine.

He grabbed my wrist then kissed the back of my hand. I smiled to be polite.  I wanted to be with Mattia he is the only persond I know at this party.

Eventually, the nonessential guests left and we made our way to the dinning room. I sat down next to my father, who was at the head of the table. I saw Zach on the other side of the table. He winked at me. I ignored him.

The dinner started and I assumed this was an alliance dinner. They kept talking about a blood alliance, which kind of freaked me out but I shrugged it off.

After the dinner was over, I walked upstairs to my room and started taking off my makeup. Someone knocked on my door and I could tell it was Mattia. He walked in and he looked concerned.

Mattia: So how are you holding up?

Y/n: Fine, should I be upset about something?

Mattia just stared at me.

Y/n: Hello?

Mattia: Oh uh, no?

Y/n: You're acting weird. Do you need sleep?

Mattia: Yeah, I'll leave you alone. Goodnight, see you tomorrow y/n.

Y/n: Goodnight Mattia.

Now I'm confused. What was he talking about? Why would I be upset? Maybe he really did need sleep.
I changed into my nightwear and went to sleep.

I woke up at 6:30 in the morning, because of a knock, Mattia's knock.

Y/n: Yes?!

Mattia walked in the room and jumped on the bed next to me. Alejandro and Kairi followed but didn't jump on the bed. I pushed Mattia's face making him slip off the bed.

Y/n: Can I help you?

Mattia: Yeah you can help me up, after you rudely pushed me off.

Y/n: You can let me sleep after YOU rudely woke me up.

Kairi: She has a point.

Mattia stood up and pulled the blanket off of my bed. He walked into my closet and grabbed a bunch of random clothes and threw them at me.

Mattia: Get dressed.

Y/n: Are you going to clean this mess up?

Mattia: Pft, No! I'm your bodyguard, not your maid. Get up, we have places to go today.

He practically skipped out of my room.

Y/n: Which one of you gave him drugs.

They laughed and walked out of the room. I was lowkey serious. I looked through the pile of mess Mattia 'gave' to me and picked something to wear.

I walked downstairs and saw the boys waiting for me.

Kairi: You take forever.

Y/n: Well sorry I had to wake up first. Where are we going at 7 in the morning?

Mattia: Training.

Y/n: For what?

Kairi: We might not be around forever. So if we leave we need to know you can take care of yourself.

Y/n: Oh.... Okay.

We left the house and came to a big warehouse. Once we got inside there was fitness equipment, punching bags, a boxing ring, and a track in the center.

Mattia: Here put this on.

I put it on and it felt tight. I walked back out and Mattia stared. Kairi nudged Mattia and he stopped staring.

Mattia: Alright, basics.

Mattia suddenly swung at me and stopped right before he could touch my face.

Y/n: Why did you do that?

Mattia: To see how fast you would react. You didn't till I stopped.
