"Hello?" My voice is scratchy from sleep and I rub eyes.

"You're not ready? Well, hurry up cause I'm outside! School starts in fifteen." I gasp and struggle to get out of bed. I dont have time to put on my my eyeliner so I throw on a pair of jeans, a Sleeping With Sirens tank top, and grab my make up bag running down the stairs.

I look in the living room to find Steve passed out on the couch snoring loudly, I tip toe out the door because I do not want to deal with that this early in the morning.

I sigh as I jump into the passenger seat of Arias car " Let's go!"

After a minute and we're still in my drive way I turn toward Aria "Uhm, you know that place that we call school? Yeah, we have to be there in ten minutes. Hurry up!" 

She laughs and pulls out "Dude you look like crap today."

"Yeah dont remind me" I replied gruffly, rolling my eyes.

I smile when I feel a light kiss on my jaw bone and look up to find Shane standing behind me "Hello handsome" I say in a fail of a deep voice.

I twist my body so my lips can reach his with a light kiss "How was your morning?"

It is currently lunch and people are milling around the quad with their friends "Mine was fine. Calculus could be a bit better but other than that it's been okay. How about yours?"

Before I could answer someone shoves me from behind and I gasp "Oops sorry. I saw you but thought it would be better if I ran into you." Ashley smiles at me as if she just gave me a million dollars. 

I clench my fist under the table and glare at her back while she walks away laughing with her friends. I turn to Shane and say "Oh just dandy. Havent you noticed?"

He gives me a helpful smile and puts his arm around my shoulder "Two more years and we're out of here"

Trying to be positive I smile and say "Yay" softly. 

"SHANE! BROOKE! Whaddup with you two lovebirds?"

I smile as my best friend Jayden walks up with a huge smile plastered on his face. I say through a mouthful of apple "Why you so happy niglet?"

"I made a new friend! Dude he's so cool and I swear you guys will love him when you meet him. I know Aria already loves him." He gives me a pedo smile and laughs lightly.

Shanes chuckle rumbles through me since we sat so close together on the bench "Are you saying Aria has a new boyfriend?"

"Maybe. Maybe not." Jayden said in a sing song voice, skipping away.

Cold air slashes on my face as I open the door to my biology class and I wave at Aria who's saving a spot for me next to her at the back of the class. 

She groans loudly as I slam my books on the table "Did you get that government test? I bet you I failed it!"

I laugh "That doesnt matter right now. What matters is that new guy in yo life. How is it that Jayden knew before me?" I raise my eyebrows at her and put a goofy look on my face.

She smacks my arm "Stop!" She has a big smile on her face "It's just cause Jayden is the one who introduced me. I would have told you but I couldnt find you at lunch, plus I was showing him around the school."

The bell interrupts me before I could get a single word out "Students, I would like to introduce you to a new student." 

A guy with dark brown hair walks in and my eyes go wide, I hear Aria gasp next to me and she grabs my arm "DUDE THAT'S HIM! THAT'S HIM!"

My voice is lodged in my throat as I hear the teacher announce a name I already know "This is Robert Galloway. Please make him feel welcome."
