Eliana's POV

"Why are you so selfish"? Mom yelled at me, slurring on her words. "I'm not, What did I do wrong"? I asked.  After school I came home to find her drunk and out of no where she came unto me".

"Mom your drunk you should get some rest". "You're a pain in my ass you know, I have to pay for your private doctor's appointments even when you don't want to get treatments". She said.

"I didn't ask you to and you can stop". I yelled at her, trying to keep in my tears but she said something that made me cry.

"I should of had an abortion". "No, I should of just disowned you at birth". She drank out her glass again.

"Liliana is a much better daughter than you, Your fat". The tears came down so hard.

"Should of disowned you, But I have to say I'm glad your the one with cancer than lili". she laughed. I couldn't of taken it no more, I ran out of the house and I got into my car.

i didn't no where I was going I just drove. My eyes felt so heavy. I stopped the car and got out.

I was infont Zach's house. Why am I really here? I took out my phone and dialed his number, Trying to compose myself.

"Babe"? He asked. Probably wanna know why I'm calling him. "Uh, it's Eli Can you come outside". My voice cracked a little.

"Eliana are you okay"? He asked me and I felt warm inside. "Yeah, I'm fin-". I was cut off when opened the door and he stared at me. "What happened"? He said and I walked in.

Him ask me cried more.

I sat on his couch and block my hands so he won't see me cry. He came and sat next to me with his arm around my should rubbing my arm.

"It's my mom". I uncovered my face and the tears flowed. I didn't know that, that's what my own mother thinks of me. It hurts to know how much of burden I am.

"I came home from school and she was drunk. She was going off on me for being selfish". He touched. "She said she should of disowned me or had an abortion and I was a pain in her ass and she said that I-".

I cut myself off so I want say The cancer part, I just cried.

"Eli its okay". "No its not, she never wanted me". I said.

"Look she has to be crazy not to want you, I'm sorry you had to go through that, You don't deserve that". He pulled me into his chest and kiss me on my head. That made me blush.

"I'm sorry for coming here I don't know what got into me". I said while looking at him. "I should go now". I said and I took my phone and got p but he stopped me.

"Wait you should let your mom cool off first and stay with me, My parents aren't home so we have the day to our self and watch a movie". He said and I smiled.

I was hoping he would of stopped me. "Yeah, I guess".

Starting of Zach's POV the night of the dinner and lazer tag date

Zach POV

After I dropped her off to her place after the date I want to liam's house. His Parents weren't home and Stephon and Devon is there. The date was perfect she looked cute in her dress.

Her smile and her eyes are so gorgeous. 'I'm not falling for her am I'? I asked myself.

No I'm not of course not.

I  parked my car in his garage and went into his house. "Where have you been"? Liam asked and we did our bro handshake. "I just came back from a date". I said and walked into the living room and saw the guys drinking beer.

"With who"? Devon asked ."Eli". I said. "Dd you fuck her". Stephon asked with a smirk."Not yet,Patience my son patience". I kind of feel bad cause I'm falling for her.

I didn't just say  that.

"If your gonna take long lemme hit, I see that she gat a fat ass". "Don't talk about her like that and you will never get a chance with her.. So back off". I got angry about the fact that he's been checking her out.

"Chill Bro, I was just joking,You must be whipped". Stephon said and laughed. "You like her don't you"? Liam asked with a told you so expression on his face.

I don't like her". I was wrong I do.

"Well if you don't like her then maybe I should ask out". Stephon said. "Not happening". I told him while playing fortnite on the tv.

"Why do you like her"? Liam asked standing infrnt of me. "Because she's different". I said and I heared them laughing then I realized that I didn't deny it.

"I told you that this was gonna happen". Liam said. "You going to stop the bet or what"? Liam asked.

"I can't do that,you know I can't". I told him. "Yeah, you can". "You can hurt her if she finds out". "It will hurt me to see she's broken but she'll never find out as long as you guys keep your mouth shut". I said and continued playing my game making sure he weren't infront of me.

"Well you don't have much time cause the dance is Next two weeks". Devon said.I almost forgot about that.

Eliana's POV

"Let's order Pizza". He said and I smiled. He knows what makes me happy. "I'll love that and I'll pick the movie". I said taking up the remote. "Sounds good to me baby girl". I blushed when he called me baby girl.

I don't know what is happening to me lately. Why do I like him so much.

Why do I get angry when he talks to other girls.

He dialed the pizza number and gave me the phone to put the toppings on it. "I'd like a pepperoni pizza with pineapples and Olives as toppings please". I ended the call after she said she'll be there in ten minuets.

Pretty quick if you ask me. "It will be here In ten minuets". I said and he sat next to me.

"What movie do you have in mind"? He asked me.
