'now remember, it's very important to keep formation if this happens - last time all hell broke loose.' lucien spoke.

the team were prepping for der klassiker, against a very strong bayern team, so the coach was trying his hardest to adequately prepare the team for the upcoming match.

gio sniggered.

lucien turned his icy gaze on the young american, 'it's funny, is it? or is there something else you'd like to share with us?'

'oh, sorry.' gio blushed, discreetly stuffing his phone into his pocket. he would reply to kat later, when the briefing was over. he caught erling smirking at him and rolled his eyes, turning his attention back to the coaching team.

'slacking off again? i'll have to confiscate today's game fund.' kat looked up to see her co-worker, rob, smirking at her.

rob was a dortmund fan too, and the pair of them referred to the tips the french-canadian picked up at her job at the coffee bloom cafe as her 'game fund', as she was saving up for a trip to germany to watch die borussen die schwarzgelben.

'i was not slacking!' kat responded, rolling her eyes playfully, 'i was just catching up with my correspondence in this brief moment of calm.'

'who are you corresponding with?' rob asked, smirking.  kat pretended to have gone temporarily deaf, but rob wasn't done.

'oooh, was it a guy...?' the canadian smirked, wiggling his eyebrows suggestively. kat giggled, which to rob was confirmation. kat was in fact just thinking about rob would say if he knew she was talking to someone she'd never evem met on a fanfiction website.

thankfully it was at that moment that another customer entered the cafe and rob was occupied once again, causing the topic to be forgotten in a haze of coffee and whipped cream.
