Every time I look at you
I see the stars twinkling
Is this what they call love at first sight?
I remember on my first day
You were my first customer
Was I too slow?
Did I make to many mistakes?
I took your order
But my eyes wouldn't leave your sight
It felt as if the galaxies
Were telling me something
As if to never let you go
And to only look at you
Maybe they were helping you shine too
Will I ever have the courage to tell you all of this?
Will I finally tell you how I feel about you?
Every time I smell an americano
The smell only take me to you
It's another unspoken poem about you
Will you ever want to read these silly poems?
The ones that talk about
How much you intrigued me since day one?
How your smile makes me smile too?
And how your presence makes me feel whole.
Would you ever want to read
how a simple coffee shop employee
Liked you at first sight?
How this place is very important to her?
How coffee has a special place in her heart now?
Would you ever want to read
How happy you made me feel?
How a simple smell of coffee
Made me smile and think about you?
And how every time I worked
I wished to see you there?
Would you be happy if you knew?
That I love your smile
Your laugh
Your eyes
And your coffee scent
