Dinner Time:
Nandini had helped Chachi cook dinner for all her friends. Rather, she had ensured that Chachi didn't experiment with any of the dishes today. Amms has made payasam for everyone since they had loved it when they had eaten some in Mangalore.
Chachi - Arrey Nandu, main Manik ke liye dahi jamaana bhool hi gayi. Tune kaha tha na ki usse dahi aur chole bohot pasand hai. Ab kya karu?
Nandini - It's okay Chachi. Woh itna bhi fussy nahi hai. Woh sab kuch kha lega.
Chachi - Arrey aise kaise. Maine Manik se promise kiya tha ki uske pasand ki saari cheezein main banaungi. Ek kaam kar na, woh paas waale grocery store se dahi lekar aa.
Nandini - Chachi relax. Usse bura nahi lagega. Aap chill karo.
Chachi - Agar tu nahi jayegi toh main chali jaati hu.
Nandini - Chachi.. Aap bhi na. Aapne Manik ko sar pe chada ke rakha hai. Jaa rahi hu main. Aapko kuch aur chahiye?
Chachi - Nahi. Bass dahi lekar aa.
As soon as Nandini left to go buy curd, Manik and Dhruv arrived.
Chachi - Arrey Manik Beta. Tum jaldi aa gaye? Hello Dhruv, kaise ho tum?
Manik - Hi Chachi. Hum college se directly aa gaye. Maine socha Rishabh aur aapko mil loon. Bohot din ho gaye na.
Manik noticed Amms sitting in the living room.
Manik - Hi Amms. Kaise ho aap?
Amms - Main theek hu. Tum kaise ho?

Dhruv - Namaste.
Amms recollected him as the same boy who Manik had punched a few months ago. But Manik had introduced him as his best friend right now. Maybe, she had misjudged the whole situation at that time. Chachi - Pata nahi. Woh poora din paint karte rehta hai. Mujhe toh yaad bhi nahi hai kaunse paintings hai uske paas. Apne room mein hoga woh. Jaa kar bula ke aa use.
Dhruv noticed that Manik was very comfortable at Nandini's house with Nandini not being around too. Exactly the way Nandini treated Manik's house as her own.
Dhruv - Waise Nandini kahaan hai?
Chachi - Maine usse dahi laane bheja hai. Abhi aa jayegi.
Manik - Chal Dhruv. Rishabh ke room mein chalte hai.
