Jazzy's POV (ooo switching it up)

It was 2am and I couldn't sleep. Pips had said that I could stay over at hers tonight, so I called Ant at 11 to say I wouldn't be home until the morning, which he said was convenient cos he wasn't gonna be home either as he was going out with the guys. Pips and I had got Chinese take out and watched a movie until she fell asleep at 12am. I cleared away and got some blankets to try and sleep on the couch. But I was up worried sick about Jess. She was the sweetest 15 year old I had ever met, and she doesn't deserve anything these stupid girls have done to her. I got up as quietly as possible and walked over to Jess's room. The door was still slightly open, so I quietly pushed it open a bit more and looked inside. Jess was fast asleep in the corner where me and Pippa had left her earlier. I breathed out a sigh of relief that she was safe and went back to the couch. I still couldn't sleep for about 30 minutes after, but I finally got to sleep.

"Jazzy, wake up." I heard a voice say. I was to tired to hear if it was Pippa or Jess, so I forced my eyes open to see. It was Pippa. "What's up?" I said sleepily. "Jess's audition. It's in 30 minutes." I sat up quickly and went to get coffee and get ready. I went over to Jess's room and she was sitting on the edge of the bed, staring at the floor. "Jess, are you okay?" She looked up. "Just nervous." I put my arm round her. "Remember, me and Pips will be there the entire time. Just look at us if you get nervous, okay?" She nodded and gestured towards my cup of coffee. "Do you want some?" I asked handing it to her. She took it from me and took a big gulp. "Jesus Jess." We both giggled. "Sorry, I love coffee and I haven't had it in days." I left the room and came back with a cup of coffee for Jess. "Thank you." She said. "After your audition, me and Pips have to be at the theatre early, so you can come if you want or you can come back here." She finished her sip of coffee and placed it down on the bedside table. "I love coming to the theatre. I hope I don't bother anyone else though." She said, slightly worried. "Jess, the entire cast loves you, don't worry." "Jas, Jess, time to leave." We both got up and headed to the car. Once we were sat down, me and Pippa turned to Jess. "You okay?" Pippa asked. Jess nodded. "Okay. Let's do this."

We got to the auditions with 5 minutes to spare. "Okay Jess. Let's practise quickly." Jess sang her song, perfectly as always, and me and Pips clapped when she was done. "If you don't get the part, I will punch the casting dude." I said. We all laughed and then got out the car. I stood beside Jess the entire time to make sure she was okay, occasionally asking her how she was. Her reply was always  'Great.' We went to sit in the same room as yesterday, but there was a lot less people. "I'm scared." Jess suddenly said. I grabbed her hand and looked her straight in the eyes. "I'm here. Pips is here. You will be okay. And if you feel like you're gonna have a panic attack again while you're on the stage, do this." I tapped my leg 2 times. "Me and Pips will immediately run up to help you. We're here for you Jess." She smiled and nodded. We waited for about 5 more minutes before her name was called. "Jess?" We all stood up at the same time and walked through the door. Jess reached for my hand and squeezed it tight. "Hello Jess, I'm Mike. Head up to the stage and let us know what you'll be singing." She let go of my hand and, surprisingly confidently walked up the the stage. "Hi, I'm gonna sing Burn from Hamilton." Her voice was shaking, but she stood her ground. "Perfect! When you're ready." Mike said. Jess looked over to me and Pippa and we smiled at her. I mouthed, "You're okay." And she looked away. She closed her eyes and began to sing. It was by far the best she has ever sung. Me and Pippa looked at each other, our mouths wide, shocked. I looked over at Mike and he was writing something on a piece of paper. Jess continued to sing amazingly all the way through the song and when she was finished she looked straight to me and Pippa and smiled so wide. "Jess, that was incredible. I will be with you in just one second." Jess nodded, and Mike went to talk to the other man who was sitting at the other side of the theatre. "Jess, you were our very last audition, so we've had lots of people, 106 to be exact, and you were by far the best. We would like to offer you the part." Jess froze, she slowly turned to me and Pippa, and we were both squealing and jumping around. "I- Yes! Thank you so much!" Jess said. She ran over to us and jumped into our arms. "Jess, that was amazing!! Well done!" She had tears in her eyes, but I could tell they were happy tears. "Jess." We heard Mike say. She turned and looked at him. "Here's the schedule for rehearsals and stuff. See you next week." He handed her a piece of paper covered in words. "Thanks Mike!" Pippa called. "Let's go, we have to be at work in an hour!" I said and we walked back out to the car.
