Kelly P.O.V
Right now I am practicing to take on the Akala Island Grand Trial.
Kelly:Ok guys let's do our best.
All of them ran of to spar.
Eevee:Eevee
Kelly: Eevee you want to battle?
Eevee answered with determination in her purple eyes.
Kelly:Ok but we're going to have to train hard.
Eevee:E
Kelly: Kiara, can you watch my Pokemon for me.
Kiara: Sure
Kelly:Ok let's go Eevee.
Eevee trained hard along with Kelly learning new moves and getting stronger. Kelly stayed back a little longer with Rockruff to work on something for the trial.
(Eevee moves: Shadow Ball, Quick Attack, Helping Hand,Swift, Iron Tail,Dig, Protect and Doll's Eyes.
Rockruffs moves: Quick Attack,Bite,Rock Slide,Roar and Shadow Ball.)
At The Trial
Hau:*whispers*who do you think she's gonna use?
Kiara: I already have a guess.
Kelly P.O.V
Kelly:Rockruff,Eevee you're up.
Rockruffs and Eevee came out of their respective balls and faced their opponents,a Totem Pokemon,Lurantis and his ally,Castform.
Castform used Sunny Day and changed its form.Lurantis used Magical Leaf.
Kelly:Eevee counter with Swift and Rockruff use Quick Attack on Lurantis.
Lurantis got ready to use Petal Blizzard.
Kelly:Eevee use Quick Attack to get in close and use Protect.
Eevee used Quick Attack then Protect in front of Rockruff stopping the Petal Blizzard from doing any damage.
Kelly: Shadow Ball!
Both Eevee and Rockruff used Shadow Ball but Lurantis used Solar Beam which powered up faster by Sunny Day and it broke through the Shadow Balls hitting both of Kelly's Pokemon.
Kelly:Can you continue?!
Eevee/Rockruff:E/ruff
Kelly:Eevee use Swift.
Eevee used Swift.
Kelly: Keep using Swift.
Kelly: Rockruff, Bite on Castform.
Rockruff used Bite on Castform who was weakened due to Swift and it fainted.Sunny Day wore of.
Kelly:It worked.
Lurantis used Petal Blizzard.
Kelly:Dig,Eevee! Follow her Rockruff!
Eevee used Dig to dodge the Petal Blizzard and they appeared from behind.
Kelly: Shadow Ball!
They fired a Shadow Ball hitting Lurantis.
Kelly: Let's do it Rockruff!
Rockruff:Aaoo
Kelly formed an X with her hands her Normalium Z glowed brightly.She made a diagonal line with her hands then bent her elbows creating a final pose.
Kelly:Use BREAKNECK BLITZ!
Rockruff:Aaaooo
Rockruff surrounded himself in Z power and charged at Lurantis who tried to dodge but couldn't.When the dust cleared Lurantis was on the ground fainted.
After The Trial
Kelly got the Grassium Z from Lurantis and is at the Pokemon Center healing her Pokemon.
Hau:Who knew you would use a Z move?
Kelly: I practiced using the Z-move with Rockruff since you guys left the training grounds.I even practiced during the last two days on MeleMele Island.Kiara didn't know because she was busy training her Pokemon.
Kiara: I knew something was up when you ran into the forest.
Kelly just smiled.
Nurse Joy: Your Pokemon are all healed up.
Kelly: Thanks Nurse Joy.
Hau:Kiara when are you gonna take on your trial.
Kiara:Um..I..uh...was
Kelly noticed that Kiara was stuttering and had a blush on her face.Hau put a hand on her shoulder and asked if she was okay but that made her even redder.
Kelly: Hau wait for us outside I want to talk to Kiara.
Hau: Okay
Kiara:*sighs*
Kelly:So,Hau huh?
Kiara:What do you mean Hau?
Kelly just raised one of her eyebrows.
Kiara:Fine.Yes I like Hau.
Kelly:So,why not tell him?
Kiara: I couldn't do that he doesn't like me the way I like him.
Kelly: You'll never know if you don't ask him.
Kiara: But I want to be alone when I do.
Kelly: Don't worry about that.Primarina and I will make sure you're alone with Hau so you can tell him.
Kiara:What if I mess up?
Kelly: Don't run away.Stand up straight and try again.
Kiara: You make sound easy.
Kelly:With me helping you it'll be easy trust me.
AT Nightfall
Everyone was sleeping people and Pokemon alike.All except Kelly.She was sitting admiring the sky like she does every night.
Rockruff:ruff
Kelly:Ahh!*sighs*Rockruff you scared me.Guess you realized I wasn't there huh?
Rockruff walked over to her and laid on her lap.
Tapo Lele:Lele
Kelly looked towards the sound of the voice and Tapo Lele was there at the edge of the forest. Tapo Lele floated over to Kelly and stopped in front of her.She signaled Kelly to follow her.Kelly stood up holding Rockruff and followed Tapo Lele who was floating to Arecus knows where.When they stopped they were at an old ruin but there was something laying in the middle and it was shimmering.Tapo Lele took it up and showed Kelly.It was a Lycanium Z.
Kelly: For me?
Tapo Lele:Tapo
Kelly: Thank you.
Then there was a shimmer, moon was at it peak.Rockruff jumped out of Kelly's hands and howled at the moon and it started glowing.When the light died down,it was now standing on two legs with its arms drooping at it's side and it was now a dark shade of red mixed with white.
Kelly: You evolved into a Midnight Lycanrock.Cool and we can also now use the Lycanium Z.
Lycanrock: Lycanrock
Kelly:So let's work together, Lycanrock.
Lycanrock:Rock
