Toriel came and woke frisk up at 5 that morning, she was led to the canteen for breakfast, got changed into sports gear and was then escorted to the training hall. The hall was a huge warehouse separate to the underground's main facility that was filled with gym equipment, agility courses, BB guns and targets, and many other things.
When frisk entered the warehouse she was greeted by the widely known blue fish monster, however this time she was wearing gym wear instead of her normal tailored suit "get ready punk, I'll make sure to work you down to your soul!!" She shot frisk a toothy grin before dragging her further into the warehouse. Toriel gave frisk one last worried look before turning around and walking back to the mansion, she tried occupying herself by tending to the kitchen and the garden but couldn't get her mind off of her worries for frisk, she just hated the thought of her child being injured in any kind of way, any hint of it would make the poor woman shudder.
While in the garden asgore watched Toriel and knew something was wrong, he sighed and walked towards his wife and knelt beside her, he hesitated before speaking, still aware the woman next to him took a strong disliking to him
"You only tend to the bluebells when something is the matter..what's wrong dear?" He tried to speak as gently as possible in order to not anger Toriel
"First of all I am not your 'dear' and second of all it's none of your concern." She spat back, he stared at her for a second and let out another sigh "it's the child isn't it" for a brief second tori paused what she was doing then resumed, that gave asgore the confirmation he needed "you will never agree with me but you have to trust me" he one again looked at his wife who now had tears in her eyes "..the last time I trusted you she was ripped away from me." Toriel then stood up and stormed out of the garden, leaving asgore by himself once again

After 4 hours of straight training frisks whole body felt weak and shaky, she was struggling to go on from all the hard work, undyne on the other hand was still perfectly fine, right as undyne was about to announce more work frisk passed out on the floor and right as she hit the ground someone else walked in, in her mostly unconscious state all she heard was fuzzy argument, she then felt herself be picked up and within a second she was filled with nausea before fully passing out.
After a few hours she regained consciousness and looked around groggily, she was in her living quarters, she then noticed the figure sitting in the corner of the room
".....sans?"
"..hey kid.."
