Dean:
You and Dean fight about how reckless he was during hunts.
"Dean for crying out loud stop being so damn reckless all the damn time! You're lucky that you only have a black eye!"you screamed
Dean the little shit decided to go into a vamps nest all by himself not waiting for you and Sam. He started to be more reckless every time you guys go hunting. It's to that point you decided to take away baby and his hunting privileges. This then lead to you and Dean screaming at each other for hours, objects being thrown, and you crying and slamming the door in Dean's face.
let's just say Sam did not get his beauty rest.
Sam:
That bastard teases you/
You were already having a bad day. You sprained your ankle, you have killer headache, and to top it all off it's that time of the month. So you were having a bad day.
You were laying on your bed listening to the TV not paying too much attention to it until Sam barged in. You were so scared at the sudden noise you accidently rolled of the bed. And Sam the bastard just laughs at you.
"And I thought you were scared of nothing!"
"Yeah you're right I'm not scared of nothing, you just surprised me that's all,"you said getting off the ground.
"Anyways I got a question for you. Do you get excited when you see a person shorter than you? But I don't think you would because no one is as short as you."
And that was the last straw. You started to curse at Sam and throwing insults. But Sam just laughs thinking it was funny.
"You know what Sam, we're through."
After you said that he stopped laughing completely. He looked as if he's a ghost. He looked at you looking to see if you were lying.
"You're joking right?"
No, I'm sorry Sam but I just has enough. Now will you kindly get out of my room please."
"But Y/N-"
"Sam get out of my God damn room. I won't ask you again."
And with that he got out of your room with his head hanging low.
Castiel:
He knows not to mess with you or do anything to you because you'll literally pluck his feathers off.
