Meanwhile, Lord and Lady Scott were back at their house, tired and desperate for ways to bring back their son's weary legacy.

The mansion they were living at was white, similar to a presidential house.

With the inside interior velvet themed and contained red and gold wallpaper.

The floors were smoothly thin and soft as a cushion.

With the house as tall as 3 stories high with 10 bedrooms.

Including a game room, a pool room, a bar room, a theatre, and a backyard garden by a really nice, sunny patio.

As Lord and Lady Scott continues to look for anything worthy of high status in their living room couches by going through social media platforms on their phones for support to back them up.

Unfortunately however, for their case, it didn't seem to do much good on their end.

After many metals, several awards, and statues along with several restored authentic capes were all badly burnt back at the very Metro Man museum that Megamind himself, had blown up during his weird phase of a new direction in his life.

Everything that the family of Scotts has ever built up, had all turned into ash in a matter of days.

Especially with another factor in mind that had played a huge role in their downfall, Hal, whose new hero to villian life had caused many citizens to quickly choose a new hero.

That ended up being someone else other than their son.

More or less, the one person that would be their son's opponent in rivalry.

As the Scotts soon eventually started to give up in their search for answers and threw their hands up in the air in a fit of rage.

"Well that's just great, I'm either crazy or our son doesn't give two quarts about what is happening to him. We can't even go to the country club anymore without people looking at us like we were total strangers. It's like they have completely forgotten who we are and who our son was once to the community. If only there was a way for us to somehow spark their unintelligent brains and realize that our son is alive and ready to fight crime again." Lord Scott spoke on in distress as he and his wife took some time to think for any slight possibility of raising their status at least an inch up to society.

Until suddenly, an idea came to Lady Scott's head as she walks over to the kitchen counter nearby and searches for her latest yellowbook
on hand.

"What are you doing?" Lord Scott asked curiously.

"I think I know the perfect way to reintroduce our son to the world again. Have you ever pictured our son getting married?" Lady Scott said with a smile.

"Oh my. How scandalous of you. Now what has my beautiful and brilliant wife thought about this time?" Lord Scott said, intrigued entirely at his wife's idea.

"Well I just thought, why not start the reunion fresh with a little wedding bells to Mrs. Ritchi. Think of it as our Superman being with his Lois Lane. Shall we call our future in-laws now?" Lady Scott asked her husband in riveting enthusiasm.

"Haha! You my darling, are a genius. Yes, yes. Call them. Invite them all. As we celebrate this victory with our tea cups lifted in the air and our pinkies raised high. Inform the family of this urgency as soon as possible. We have much to discuss." Lord Scott declared as Lady Scott immediately dialed in for Mrs. Rachel Ritchi.

Not long after a minute later, the phone call was picked up and answered on a whim.

"Hello?" Said the voice on the other line in a sophisticated tone.

"Hi Rachel, this Sarah Scott. Sorry for bothering you this morning. I hope I'm not interrupting anything or any plans that you are having at this time." Lady Scott spoke politely like reeling the bait to its fish in the water.

"Oh good heavens, no. I'm likely to retire to my outdoor pools, most of the time. You see, I needed a bit of a cool down after last night's steamy weather had taken me in like a burning sauna. And the fresh water splashing on my face was like a cool breeze that I needed during these hot times." Rachel explained in a much pampered tone, similar to the Scotts way of life.

Which was one of the many reasons why Sara  knew that the Richis would be the perfect family to align with their own.

"Well if that's the case, then are you by any chance busy today?" Lady Scott asked, curiously.

"Not at all darling. What's the occasion?" Rachel asked, interested.

"Oh let's just say. We are celebrating something spectacular in your name as well as our own. And I was wondering if you and your husband would like to have a cup of tea with me and Daniel over at our place. We would love to talk with you about some of the arrangements that we have in mind." Lady Scott offered to Rachel.

"Oh well, that would be splendid. I'll have me and Rodney up at your house in about an hour or so. See you soon." Rachel replied as she hung up the phone and walked over to her husband to inform him of their sudden invite.

While the Scotts, on the other hand, signaled this confirmation in a nod as a triumph in their success while setting up the materials needed for their typical fancy tea party.

Including delicate sweets on a silver tray.

A set of golden green glass rimmed tea cups for the two couples.

And finally, the classic garden atmosphere of flowers surrounding the so-called safe space of their backyard garden patio.

That will all soon be a trap for their master plan falling into place.

They were going to get back what was theirs without a single thought of doubt that they'll ever fail to do so.
