"Ay!" Evelyn waves at me.
"How's everyone doing?" I hurry over.
She nods excitedly, "of course, GREAT!"
"How was your trip?" Ian asks me.
"It was fun, also," I think for a moment, "surprising?"
Ian laughs, "you must have encountered something interesting."
I nod, "maybe?"
Evelyn places her hand on my left shoulder, "love?"
I look at her, "what are you?"
"Me? Your friend, of course, I can see through you. It's love," she has that determined face.
Ian coughs, "what kind of love would Luna encounter, probably it's just the feeling of happiness."
"How would you know? Luna has that love vibes, you look more cheerful," Evelyn looks at me.
"Me?" I point at myself.
Evelyn nods, "you don't know? You look as if you are waiting for your..., she pokes my hand, "man?"
My eyes widen, "Oh, um... I think we should work. Let's chat later...," I walk to the back.

"She's definitely in love," Evelyn makes the heart shape.
I sigh, "maybe it's not what you think, she's just happy, doesn't necessarily mean love."
"Why are you acting up?" She comes to me.
I stutter, "I- well, it's just that you kept making assumptions about her."
"Well, true, but you can be wrong too. She's not just happy, but maybe happy because of love?" She smiles.
"Get to work," I say.
"Hey, just because I'm not saying anything doesn't mean I don't know, but you are interested in her right?"
I hurry to the cashier, "what are you talking about? me?"
"Aish, stop denying. I can see it all. The way you look at her and denying my assumptions earlier, you were uncomfortable when I talked about her being in love."
"Hey," I look at her, "how much did you know?"
She comes over, "well, I just know. No reason," she smiles at me and joins Luna at the back.

I stand there, thinking about earlier. True, Luna does look happy...but it's not what I'm thinking right? No way they would be close after a 3 days trip, but... it's possible.

"Hey, be honest, it's Aaron isn't it?" I come over to Luna.
She looks at me, "well," she nods, "I think we have good feelings for each other."
I nod, "so you like Aaron?"
She smiles, "I think so, he makes me want to be with him."
"Then...what will you do with Ian?"
She thinks for a moment, "how did you know?"
I look at her, "Lucky Luna, you got everything."
"Hm?" She asks me.
"Good for you, you get along with everyone."
"And what is your point?" She asks.
I smile at her, "I know Ian for a long time, although we are not close, but...I have good feelings toward him."
She gasps, "wow, you like Ian?'
I cover her mouth, "shhh, he might hear you."
She laughs, "you are so good at hiding it, I respect you."
"Luna, I also hope that you won't hurt Ian. Although I like him, it's important that he's happy. As long as he's happy, I'm happy too," I tell her.
"What are you saying?"
"Can you give Ian a chance?" I beg her.
"Evelyn..."
"I know him for a long time, he's happy when he's with you. It's my first time seeing it, you are important to him," I tell her.
"But...as you can see I-"
"I thought you hated Aaron..."
Luna stands straight, "I never hate Aaron, although we used not to be on good terms, I never hated him. He's someone I need."
"Ian does everything for you, but you don't see his good intentions?"
Luna looks sorry, "as you can see, we cannot force our feelings, it's like lying to ourselves. Why make yourself suffer because of others?"
"I know, I know that, but if one day, Ian asks you out, please put it in good words. I don't want him to be heartbroken."
She nods, "I'm trying to set things straight. Also, Evelyn, before you could think of others, please think of yourself first."
I look at her, "after all, we are friends," I smile, "thanks."
