I was so tired when I reached my condominium. Huminto muna ako sa harap ng condo ko habang iniisip ang lahat ng mga nangyayari. Mariin kung ipinikit ang mga mata ko, sa sobrang gulo ba nmn ng buhay ko, wala na ako ni isang maintindihan. Did something happen to me in the past? Bakit parang kulang lahat ng inpormasyon sa pagkatao ko? Another tears escaped from my eyes.
Lagi nlng akong umiiyak! Kailan ba darating na di na ako makakaluha pa ulit dahil sa pagkaka ubos na ng luha ko? F*ck! Ang gulo! The door creaked opened.
"Ate." Malamig na tawag ni sanara sa akin galing sa loob ng condo ko.
"Sanara." Ani ko sa isang mababang boses.
"Come inside now." She didn't ask because she commanded me. I sighed and stepped in, she locked the door before she follow me. "Did you eat already?" She asked while her hands was inside her pockets.
"Yeah. Mag dinner kana." Utos ko dito.
"Kumain narin kami ni Klent sa labas." Casual nitong sabi. Nilingon ko nmn ito ng pagtataka.
"May namamagitan na ba sa inyo ni Klent?" Tanong ko dito.
"Nope. Walang ganon." tugon nito na walang pakialam. Mukhang wala talagang pag asa ang kapatid ni Ranzel kay sanara. Diko na fefeel e. "If the boy kissed a girl? There's something in between?" Out of the blue nitong tanong.
"What di you say sanara?" I asked her with my wide eyes open.
"Nah! Just kidding though." Aniya sabay wagayway ng kanang kamay. "I'll go to my room." Paalam nito saka ako iniwan sa sofa. Napailing nlng ako sa tinuran nito.
Pumasok narin ako sa kwarto ko. I push the drapes away and sat down to my swivel chair, watching the cities light. I missed his touches, the way he hugged me, he kissed my forehead. Dammit! I missed everything about him! I feel so empty without his presence. I was in the middle of reminiscing our moment when my phone rang.
"Hello?"
"Myghad! I don't want to disturb you shalani but your new secretary contacted me first to inform, yung company mong SYB may problema daw sa board halos lahat ay nandoon na. May ibang gustong mag withdraw sa kanilang mga investment, my ghad! Isa daw ito sa related na fashion magazine and also doon din daw sa bagong building na pinatayo mo sa Palawan, ayaw na daw makipag trabaho sayo nang kanilang company. This is chaos! Hindi ko alam bakit nag wi-withdraw sila pati narin yung may-ari nang firm." Nag aalalang sabi ni alyana. I stunned, processing what's alyana said.
"There's a board meeting? Without my permission?" Di makapaniwalang tanong ko dito.
"Oo daw. Gusto ko rin sayang umattend to be by your side but Russel don't let me. I'm sorry shal! Hindi rin kasi maganda ang pakiramdam ko, you know... Buntis ee." Aniya sa mababang boses. I licked my lower lips and bit it.
"It's fine alyana. Just rest, I'll hang up." I bid and immediately get myself dressed properly. Simpling white shirt and jeans na nlng ang nakuha ko. I don't have enough time to dress proper enough.
I beeped my car and get inside. I started my engine and drove fastly as I can. Halos liparin ko ang lakad ko papasok sa loob ng elevator, di parin maalis sa isipan ko kung bakit ng wi-withdraw ang mga kasusyo ko. My company was stable, there's no problem with it. When the elevator opened, I immediately stepped out and went inside the board. I glanced at them, they stood and bow a little to gave some respect. My new secretary pull me chair to let me sit. She gave my hand-outs I looked at it before glancing again the board members, they're quite like observing my actions. I closed the folder and face them, I scoffed.
