Chapter thirteen: Sanara
When I woke up early in the morning everything was settled. Ranzel settled everything as what he assured me last night. Nang mag landing na kami sa pilipinas ay agad na akong sumampa sa Lamborghini ni Ranzel na pinark ng valet sa harap nmin. I was quite all the time.
"Let's grab something to eat first before going home." Seryosong sabi nito. Hindi na ako umapela sa sobrang strained.
Nag drive - tru nlng kami sa McDonald. It was just spaghetti, pie, mc float, burger and fries. Agad ko na itong nilantakan sa sobrang gutom. Ranzel stare at me while the sign is stop. Nahiya nmn agad ako, he paid for this and I ate it without inviting him to eat too. I turn my gaze on him. He still serious but then he gave me half smile.
"Eat this one." Sabay giya ko ng burger sa harap niya. Amusement glimpse on his. He nod and have bite on it. I offer my own drinks to him as I remember na meron din palang para sa kanya. He's lips rose up. "Sorry..I j-ust..." Nahihiyang sambit ko.
"It's fine. We already shared saliva and more than that baby.." he playfully said.
"Shut up Ranzel!" Pagalit pero nahihiyang saway ko dito. I looked down to my spaghetti, I don't want to looked at him. I heard him chuckled. I glared at him he just playing innocent. I rolled my eyes.
Makalipas nang halos isang oras nakarating narin ako sa bahay. Ranzel followed me. Sinalubong nmn agad kami ni mama na umiiyak at si papa na may pag-aalala.
"What happened mom?" I immediately ask her. She wiped her tears while sobbing.
"She was about to go home shal, then.... We got the news about their plane crash.... And your sister is not on the list.... And she definitely ride in that plane..." Halos hindi matapos ni mama ang sinasabi nito. I hug her.
"She's gonna be fine. She's hard to kill anyways." Pampalubag loob ko dito. I glanced at Ranzel, he's talking with my dad.
"Ranzel..." Tawag ni mommy dito ng mabalingan niya ang pwesto nila daddy. I hug dad.
"Tita..." Ranzel hug my mom with his half smile on.
"How are you ija?" Dad asked me. I looked at him and sighed then gave him assuring smile. He's eyes widen
"I'm fine dad. I'm so worried about ate." Tugon ko dito. He stunned for a moment and shaked his head off. Saka pa ito nakabawi sa gulat.
"Ow! Right! We already sents your cousin's searching team.. Kael." Sabi nito. Tumango nmn ako bilang tugon.
"I hope she's fine." malamyang sambit ko. Dad tap my shoulders and gave me an assuring smile.
Ranzel and mom are busy talking. The TV was on, and one flashed news get our attention.
"Showbiz news! Totoo ba ang kumakalat na balita ngayong Si John Ranzel o kilala bilang JRanz ay girlfriend niya umano ang isang sikat na business woman sa asya na si Shalani Honzel Buenaventura..." Kunot noong natutok ko ang paningin ko sa TV. The news flashed our pictures being together in Korea and noong nag landing lang kami kanina sa airport. "Na kilala nating Ice Queen of Business? Ayun sa mga nakakakita ay lagi daw silang lumalabas na dalawa at Ayun sa mga nakakakita sa Korea na kasama lang nila sa isang palapag sa hotel ay, iisang kwarto lang daw ang gamit nila."
Phone rang. I turn my gaze in Ranzel, he's so serious while watching his phone before excusing himself to my mother and got his call.
"You have a relationship with Ranzel ija?" Mom asked me even her eyes bloodshot.
"Nope. We're not!" Agap ko dito.
"But the news..." Mom stop and turn her gaze on me. I looked her emotionless
