"i don't know what loki's plan is. he already has clint. who else he is going to take control over?" tony asks.

"knowing my brother, one of us is next. he will attempt to turn us all against each other."

y/n looks out the window seeing huge snake like creates flowing through a portal created in the sky. she turns to thor, reading his mind. he knows that loki and another powerful source are the cause of those beasts. now it's time for the team to bring them down.

"he will come to the tower. y/n you will stay here with tony while the rest of us investigate." thor says, giving her a quick peck and turning to leave with the team.

  "thor! wait." y/n called out for her husband.

  he whipped around and hurried back to his wife, "what's the matter?"

  "be safe and look out for each other." y/n insisted.

  "will do, my love."

  "i love you."

  "i love you more, y/n." thor yelled while running after the team.

"i guess it's just you and i, playboy." y/n says, causing tony to laugh.

they sit at the bar, trying to figure out a plan for when loki arrived. the only idea is that they join the team and fight whoever is against them.

  y/n senses slight fear in tony. she gives him a reassuring hug whispering that everything will be okay.

suddenly, y/n senses a new feeling. rage and power overcome her mind, "he's here."

over the coms the pair hear steve's voice asking for help on the ground floor.

"don't worry. i'll handle him, stark." tony exits to join the group which leaves her to deal with the god of mischief himself who is also her brother in law.

"hello, brother." she says, sarcasm and rage leaking from her voice, "i don't want to fight you, loki. we're family."

"well i haven't had a great reputation for getting along with my family now have i?" he smugly says.

she's had enough. loki and y/n both start charging at each other. she manages to slip past his swings of his scepter. y/n gets plenty of good hits in until he grabs her by the throat, pulling her off the ground.

"if you stay on their side, you won't get out of this alive. join me, sister, and we can rule the world together." he says as he begins to raise his scepter to her chest.

"they'll come looking for me. and when they find you looking over my dead body, you'll be laying right next to me begging for your brother to save you. there is no version of this fight where you come out on top. save the throne for your brother."

loki knew that y/n was one of the strongest avengers. she had telekinesis and electrokinesis powers that resembled thor's. the only difference being that her lighting was purple. she didn't need a hammer because her powers came from the palms of her hands. y/n fought alongside thor on asgard which caused the pair to fall in love. she knew what loki planned. he always planned for her to turn against thor. now, he finally got his wish.

loki raised his scepter, pushing it to her chest. she changed instantly, evil overcame her body and began to have the need to destroy the avengers.

"now, darling. it's time to end that puny team."

"yes, sir." she obeyed.

she follows behind loki as they leave the tower. loki's left her side a block away from the avengers; the new enemies. charging at them, she gets her powers at full capacity and starts shoots lightning blasts at the team. barton starts firing arrows at the girl which she tries to dodge but one ends up hitting her arm. stopping mid run, she rips the arrow out of her arm which doesn't hurt her, but infuriates her more. tony and thor begin to run at her with full force. 

  "this is gonna hurt, sweetheart." tony says, hitting her with one of his blasts and she flys back. y/n lands hard on the ground, hitting her head in the process. the girl's vision becomes cloudy as she starts to blackout.

*timeskip to after the battle*

  y/n slowly opens her eyes to see the avengers all standing over her, weapons drawn. she tries to stand up but her hands and feet are tied down to a hospital bed. her powers are gone due to the power dampening cuffs.

  "let me out of here right now before i kill you all." y/n angrily says.

  "we can't let you do that, sweetheart." tony says.

  "don't fucking call me that. who even are you guys?"

  "wait," thor says, "you don't even know who i am?"

  the girl looks at the man, she recognizes him but only as her friend from asgard, "yes i know who you are. you're thor right?"

  "y/n, do you remember anything from yesterday? anything about loki or what he did to new york?" steve asks the confused girl.

  "yes i know who loki is, but what the hell is new york?"

  thor whispers to the team to leave the room for a minute. he knows that loki didn't just make her turn against them, he erased her memory of ever being an avenger or married to thor. he did this to thor's wife for revenge.

  "it's really good to see you again, thor. we have to get back into battle soon. you and i have always fought well by each other's side." she says.

  "y/n, you are apart of the avengers. you still live in asgard but you also live here part time. i'm your husband. loki took control over your mind yesterday and took your memory." thor explains.

  "so, loki is evil now? we need to get my memory back so i can stop him." y/n says, trying to get up but is pulled back down due to the restraints.

  "we're going to get your memory back okay? i'll have tony and bruce work on something. but for now, you have to stay here. we don't know if your a danger to the team or not." thor grabs her hand.

  "i'm not a danger to anyone. i don't want to kill them...anymore. i believe you when you said that they are my teammates. all i want to do is find that son of a bitch that did this to me!" y/n yells.

  "we will i promise," thor presses a kiss to her forehead and begins to undo her cuffs, "i'll walk through fire and go to the ends of the earth to protect you, darling. i love you."
